Floor had water all over it due to leaky frig.Black mold in multiple corners and area in roomHot water handle in sink did not shut off properlyChairs were disgusting and dirty and we were afraid to put anything on them much less sit in themPillow case had pink stains all over itIce maker had extension cord to it sitting in puddle of water in walkwaySecond story windows were 3 feet and opened fully risking falls to toddlers/dogs/peopleHot tub jets did not worksPorcelain toilet cover was broken off w/sharp edges. Roofing material , nails were lying scattered all over parking lot w/o any attempt to corral it off or pick it up. No signs warning of danger. Beach is NOT 250 feet away as advertised on your site! I took multiple pictures which I am submitting to get refiund. Room/hotel was so bad we left at 0800 the next morning and cancelled two more days there. That building In 40 years have never done that and have never written a bad (much less terrible review of a business). Staff was nice and not surprised when we left
