Perfect location. Clean but I have breathing issues and the air was stagnant: living room overhead fan didn't work and 2 of 4 front windows didn't have screens so were too buggy to open. There's a lot of kitchen clutter so I couldn't find the coffee filters til the last day. Parking was confusing - the neighbors were fine but it's not a designated spot. All that said, it's an excellent location and the hosts were great, very responsive!

Great location and is what the listing shows. Very cute and very ptown. Bathroom shower is very nice looking, but very tight. We are both slim to average size and showering was a bit of a challenge. It's very similar to a cruise ship shower with solid sides. Mentioning this for those larger folks. Could use a good cleaning in the living room area.

Everything you need for 1 or 2 people right in the heart of Provincetown. Highly recommend this spot for singles or couples looking for a Ptown retreat that is also right in the middle of the action.

This apartment is small but mighty! Good home base for a fun P’Town vacation, comfy and cozy, and lovely out back where you can sit and enjoy the morning. It being so close to the main strip is very convenient and also the reason it can occasionally be noisy. Comfortable bed!

Great visit

Stayed for 4 nights. The unit had everything we needed and enjoyed it as our base for Ptown adventures. Central location was great, however, the unit was a bit noisy in the mornings from local businesses. Overall great stay!

A pleasant stay!

The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It is located in a desirable area of P-town. The excitement of Commercial St. is just down the street, while the Stop and Shop is also close by. I would definitely stay there again.

Thr communication was excellent, property was very clean and as described. Convenient location. I would only suggest they install towel bars or hooks, the knobs seem to let towels slip off easily. We enjoyed our stay and the friendly interaction with the management team.

Lovely & convenient

This was an absolute dream of a place! Clean, super close to the main street, feels newly renovated, with perfect amount of space. Note that there is a tandem parking spot on the left side of the building and entry is actually at the back of the building. Also note that you'll need to bring your own coffee :)

Loved the stay

Our visit to Provincetown was everything we hoped for and more. The location of our stay couldn’t have been better—right in the center of town and within easy walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, art galleries, and waterfront activities.The condo itself was absolutely lovely—bright, welcoming, and thoughtfully furnished. It felt like a true home away from home. One of our favorite features was the beautiful private yard. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring, with space to relax and soak in the seaside air. Would love to stay here again.

This cute apartment was perfect for the two of us. We stepped out of the door and were a minute or two away from the hustle & bustle of Commercial Street. Far enough away to sleep in peace. Close enough to take a short stroll pick a different place to eat each night. We recommend it.

Great location. Very well-maintained. The kitchen could use some re-organizing. There’s over 20 coffee mugs for a place designed for one or two people taking up premium space in the cupboards while the pots and pans are not easily accessed. Shower is a bit small but functional. The apartment is very comfortable and fairly spacious and has the benefit of outdoor space and a grill which is great. It’s very central and the communication was quick and clear. Note that there is music in the evenings from the Gifford house across the street - often someone at the piano which is nice but also club music which didn’t bother us as everything in PTown closes early enough.
