• Please dispose of trash in tied bags inside bear-proof cans and ensure the doors are shut
• Do not leave food in cars to avoid attracting bears

★★ TRASH PICKUP & FEES★★
• Guests are allowed 6 bags of trash per stay for free. It’s no problem if you have extra bags! However, please note there may be a $50 excess trash fee.

★★ BOOKING DETAILS ★★
• Changes to reservations are not accepted after 24 hours of booking
• Guests must be 25+ years old to book
• Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond our control, including inclement weather, health-related issues, or other unforeseen/extenuating circumstances. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance.

• Located in the scenic Cobbly Nob resort, this cabin offers both tranquility and convenience. It’s just a short drive to two community swimming pools (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day) and offers easy access to nearby Gatlinburg attractions. The neighborhood is peaceful and provides plenty of opportunities to explore nature and unwind.

• Please note that the community pool is managed by the HOA, and any closures or maintenance are outside of our control. For the most up-to-date information, you may visit the Cobbly Nob Property Owners Association website by searching ‘Cobbly Nob POA amenities’ online.”
