Villa Palma Real With Big Pool And Terrace

A perfect place to come with friends or family to spend a wonderful time. The pool with the jacuzzi is something spectacular to enjoy.

Please be advised we live in a tropical country where mosquitoes can be found, we suggest you bring some repellent.

The space
Villa Palma Real has 5 bedrooms each with a bathroom, AC, Fan, and an exit to a side balcony. It has a stunning pool and jacuzzi with a terrace that has an outdoor kitchen, dining room, and living room. It also has a BBQ area outside the house you need to bring your own charcoal.

There is a front balcony with a magnificent view, where you can see the city, mountains, and the cable car going up and down all day.

On the first floor of the house are a room with a bathroom, the main entrance, the main kitchen, and the dining room.

The entrance of the house is a double side entrance with a big fountain and a precious green door.

Guest access
The entire house is available to those who reserve it and their guests.

Other things to note
We live in the Dominican Republic, where the power goes out and there are blackouts. This house is no different. There's a backup battery that lasts about 1 to 2 hours, depending on the energy usage at home.

The pool is cleaned every day in the in course of the day, in the event that you do not want the pool cleaned, please say so at the time of your reservation. In the same way, it may be that the gardener goes and cleans the area of the garden or in front of the house.

Jacuzzi does NOT have heating or hot water.

The lights in the front and backyard turn on by themselves every day.

Bring your charcoal for the BBQ grill.

We do not have beach towels or extra towels; one towel is provided per customer.

The laundry area is only available for rentals of more than 4 nights; in this case, you will need to bring your own detergent and laundry materials.

Extra cleaning is not included in case you need cleaning during your stay, you will have to pay the cleaning lady.

HOUSE RULES

-No events allowed just small family party or gandering.
- You can't move or remove the furniture from the house or terrace.
- Please don't leave the air conditioners on if they are not in the room.
-Quiet hours 10 pm-7 am.
-Towels are always provided based on the number of guests you put in your reservation. Please know that if a towel is missing, you will be charged a fine of $20 USD, even if it is torn or stained.
-The bottles in the bathrooms are REUSABLE; you cannot throw them away, lose them, or take them with you. If one is missing at the time of check-out, you will be charged a fine of $10 USD for each bottle.
-Do not smoke inside the house. There will be a fine of $ 200 USD.
-Do not eat in the rooms.

IMPORTANT POOL RULES

- Only wear waterproof lycra or synthetic swimsuits.
-NO cotton clothing.
-NO jeans.
-NO denim.
-NO cotton lycra.

For your good, since the chemicals in the dyes of these fabrics can react negatively with the chemicals used in our pool.

-Shower before going inside, especially if you have sand from the beach.
-No diving.
-NO peeing.
-No eating in the pool.
-No glass bottles or glasses near or in the pool.
-Do not leave children without adult supervision.
