The property is old so expect that going in. It was clean and accommodated 5 people nicely for a stop over. The WiFi was not good and the remote was missing buttons. The location was great for activities in St Louis.

Pros: good location, walkable to nice park and restaurants/groceryCons: not all of the bedroom windows have blinds/curtains, Had to make our own beds upon arrival, coffee pot still had used coffee grounds in it, no remote for the tv, no WiFi, an request for more towels (provided 3 for 6 people) went unfulfilled, smelled, a/c wasn’t adjustableFYI: bring your own shampoo and hair dryer

Some of the rooms, furniture on the on line listing were not the same as in person.False advertising. Blinds were broke and missing, faulty cord for lamp,shower curtain had three rips , carbon monoxide detector plugged in but just left on the floor where you could trip on it. Safety and cleanliness were major issues. Remote did not go with tv so we were not able to watch tv.

If you are ONLY in need of somewhere to lay your head this is the place for you. The floor creeks VERY BAD. The A/C doesn't change any different then what its on no matter how much you change it. The furniture in the pics are not what's in the apartment. The couch was shreaded under the couch cover. The oven didnt work. The TV remote barely works and it has buttons missing so the volume is on its the volume its gonna be at. There is no wifi at all dont let them lie about it being hard to access there is no wifi so there is no tv I had to use all of my hot spot to watch tv. There is a carbon monoxide detector plugged in on the floor that someone can trip over. We were only provided 2 big towels for 5 guests. There are no curtains and blinds only on some windows so two rooms are completely exposed to outside. So as I said in the beginning if you just need somewhere to sleep that's in a convenient location this place is ok other then that STAY AWAY!!!!!

The pictures and listing info are completely different than this apartment. It is dirt with stained walls, floors and furniture. The couch is completely shredded, there is mold on the walls, very few window coverings and a smell of old mildew and mold. We couldn't stay here. The mattresses were very old and the casings that they were in were stained and had mold on them. Do NOT stay here. It was a huge fight to get my money back. Beware!
