Experience the charm of Oceanview B—a welcoming coastal retreat situated in the center of downtown Tybee Island. This spacious vacation home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests, making it an excellent choice for families or groups seeking a relaxing beach escape.

**Please note this is a two-unit condo and we are the bottom level so there is a unit above you & you might incur noise from above as any multi-unit complex.

You will park in the private parking area, on the right side. There are spiral stairs leading from the garage parking to the entrance of the unit. The spiral stairs are narrow. Once inside, everything is on one level but keep in mind, there ARE stairs to enter the unit.

The parking is tandem parking, meaning one car behind another car. It is shared parking with Unit A, which is located above Unit B. Again, for our unit, park on the right side of the garage.

Points forts : Propreté, arrivée, communication et emplacement.
Very difficult to access. The spiral stairs are the only way to enter the condo. For disabled or large people, especially carrying luggage, it was extremely uncomfortable. The stairs are so narrow it required even more trips to carry our belongings. There is another unit upstairs, and we could easily hear those occupants walking and children running.The unit itself is nice and comfortable. The location is wonderful. You can see a bit of the ocean from the balcony, and the beach and pier are a short walk away. Parking under the condo has space for two cars for each unit. There was an elevator on the property, but it was locked during our stay, and the email we received with our door code advised it was use at your own risk.

Thank you for your feedback Amanda. We realize the spiral stairs can be a bit tricky for some so that is why we are transparent with our description involving stairs and other guests. As with most multi-unit complexes, there is always a chance of hearing noise from other guests. Overall, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and the great location as well as the comfortable spacious surroundings inside.

The stay was good. I brought my children for spring break. I was pleasantly surprised right after booking to find it didn’t have a pool as listed in the listing. The host reach out right after and notified me there wasn’t one. Upon arrival it was quick and easy to unload and get to the unit clear instructions on the lock code and all. Very nice amenity to have an elevator. Very helpful for luggage and cooler etc especially with the narrow steps. We were missing trash bags and after notifying the host they brought supply the very next day and saved us a trip to the store. The place was overall comfy and inviting. We brought game and entertainment but it was refreshing to see they had books and games there. Overall it was nice. I think 2 feeeback items for the host would be to invest in a dehumidifier. It was very muggy and I seen rust and even a few of our items by end of week were showing signs. Also I would check the cleaners after completed. While not dirty being by the beach knows hard but you could feel the sand walking in and the kitchen had a few areas which we took care of, no big deal would just have been nice not to.

Thank you for your review and feedback Neshia. We always like to know what we can improve on! The sand is an ongoing issue here as you can imagine! We do our best but with tile floors, just walking in can track sand from your shoes. Again, our apologies about the pool. When originally listed (a few months ago), we do not know why VRBO had listed a pool and we quickly corrected that as well as letting you know so you could cancel without penalty if you wanted to. Welcome back anytime!!
