Our ground-floor studio apartment “Blauberg” combines Bavarian coziness with modern comfort and offers beautiful mountain views. The open living and sleeping area features a double bed (180 × 200 cm) and a sofa bed (160 × 200 cm), making it ideal for couples or small families.

The compact kitchen is equipped for everyday use and includes a filter coffee machine, two-burner stove, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, and basic cookware, dishes, and cutlery. The bathroom has a shower, and a shared washing machine is available in the house.

Enjoy the lovely mountain view from the terrace, the perfect spot to relax at the end of the day. Free Wi-Fi and a TV are also provided.

Seven free parking spaces are available directly at the property, with additional free and paid parking options nearby. Dogs are welcome (EUR 15 per night).
