Guest Access:

Enjoy the entire apartment and the complimentary ski depot. The building also features a spa center with a swimming pool; however, access to the center is not included in the price.

Set in the heart of New Gudauri at Block 2, this apartment puts you mere steps away from restaurants, spa centers, and lively entertainment. Markets and the grocery stores are also nearby. With the Gondola Ski lift within 10 minutes walk. You can step outside and hit the slopes in no time.



Getting Around:

While public transport is limited, we provide all the tips and guidance you need to easily explore the area.



Other Things to Note:

We maintain a strict non-smoking policy—violations may result in a fine. Please help us keep the space tidy by taking out the trash upon checkout.
