Looking for a cost effective and comfortable living option for your stay in Mount Vernon, IN?! Look no further than our Private Room in a shared Co-ed living house. You will have your own private bedroom in a house with a shared kitchen and laundry area with separate Male and Female bathrooms.

Your room will include:

-TV
-Desk
-Bed, linens, and pillows
-Lock on your door
-Blackout curtains
-Storage for clothes

You will also have ample cabinet space in the kitchen!
PROPERTY RULES:

1. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED
This property is in close quarters to other units therefore we want to make sure you are courteous to your neighbors and aren’t too loud as they may be trying to sleep.

2. NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE THE PROPERTY
IF YOU ARE FOUND TO BE SMOKING INSIDE OF THE PROPERTY THERE WILL BE A $1000 FINE! THERE WILL BE NO WARNING
If smoking outside, please keep at least 10 feet of distance between yourself and the property. Also ensure you have closed the door so that no odor penetrates the house.

3. NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY
If you are found to be using illegal substances on the property or there is a strong odor of the substances being used, there will be a fine of $1000 and depending on the circumstances may result in you vacating the property. THERE WILL BE NO WARNING

4. CLOSE ALL WINDOWS AND TURN OFF LIGHTS WHEN LEAVING
This will help prevent any rain or bugs from getting into the property and to help us conserve energy.

5. LIMIT OF 2 GUESTS PER BEDROOM and NO LOITERING IN THE COMMON AREAS
This will help ensure you are not disturbing your neighbors


6. QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9PM to 8AM
Please be mindful of noises at all times but especially during quiet hours. This will help ensure that you and your neighbors are getting great sleep.


7. No items other than toilet paper and flushable wipes should be flushed down the toilet.


LIVING ARRANGEMENTS AND ADDITIONAL RULES:


1. There is a washer and dryer provided for use in the main level bathroom.
- This is shared between all rooms so DO NOT leave your clothing in the machines for more than the required time. Be sure to set a timer!

2. The kitchen area has your room letter listed on the cabinets that are designated for you and all cabinets that are unmarked for any extra items. Please do not leave any opened containers that will stink up the common areas.

3. The refrigerator will be shared between all guests but we recommend using personal Tupperware to distinguish your items from others.
- Also please write your name on any leftovers. Leftovers should be eaten or thrown out within 24-48 hours of placing in the fridge to avoid any foul smells.

4. We ask that you please maintain the cleanliness of the house.
- The kitchen counters and stove should be wiped down after each use and the trash should not pile up.

5. TRASH DAY IS EVERY THURSDAY MORNING! Please make sure all of your trash and common area trash are taken out each week.

6. There will be a Male and Female bathroom.
- The female shower will be located on the main level.
- The male bathroom will be located upstairs.

7. Do not leave ANY items in the bathroom.
- Once done ensure ANY AND ALL mess is cleaned up and all cleaning products are taken back with you to your room.

If you are found to be in any violation of these rules, you will be fined $50 per violation. After 3 violations you will be asked to find new housing
