* Guests are responsible for any damages to the unit or its contents, as well as any missing items. Damage fees will apply, starting at $70 and varying based on the extent of the damage. For your awareness, we document the unit's condition with photos before and after each stay.
* Once you enter the unit, your reservation becomes non-refundable. By entering, you agree that there are "NO REFUNDS, IF YOU STAY YOU PAY, NO EXCEPTIONS".
* We welcome one pet per unit, subject to our pet policy. Please review the house rules regarding pets, as a pet fee equal to your booking cost applies. As this is a pet-friendly community, you may encounter other animals. We prefer that only one well-trained pet, that is non-aggressive and not prone to excessive barking or damage, be in the unit. Please ensure your pet is leashed and/or caged, and that you clean up after it.
* Please inform us if you plan to bring a pet. Failure to disclose a pet will result in a daily pet fee equal to the daily cost of your booking, or cancellation of your stay without a refund.
* Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, marijuana, cigars, vapes, and hookahs) is strictly prohibited inside or directly in front of the unit. A $700 fee will be charged if there is any smell of smoke in the unit.
* Please park only on Broadmead Street. Parking in other reserved spaces will result in towing at your expense.
* Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please note: Street parking only. No parking available inside the complex. Please avoid loud noises or loitering in front of the building after 9 PM. Complaints will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
* Please be respectful of our neighbors and avoid any disturbances.
