The space
Our 136 sqm (1,464 sqft) unit offers an amazing view of Cebu's city and mountains. It has a car park slot, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining area, open kitchen and a living room to relax and enjoy.

If you are more than 6 guests, we can add air beds for an additional charge. The unit is large enough to accommodate 9-10 persons.

Room 1 (1 king bed) & Room 2 (1 double bed) is connected via a small walkway. There are curtain partitions between the two rooms.

Please note that the living room air conditioner is disconnected for short-term rentals. Please do not worry as we guarantee the unit is very breezy and no guest has complained about this yet.

The Unit comes with a Parking slot right beside the elevator exclusive for our guests. Additional overnight parking slots can be booked for a fee.

Common areas include a roof deck just located one floor above the unit and a pool at the ground floor.

Tuscania Condominium is a safe and private community with 24 hour security and is in close vicinity to convenience stores, pharmacies, and supermarkets that are all walking distance to the unit.

Guest access
Guests will be able to access any part of the unit except the supplies room. Guests will also be able to access any common use part of the building such as the roof deck and pool.

Other things to note
Please submit names and ID for all the guests via message.
The condominium guards needs to check IDs or passports before they are allowed into the complex.
