Tucked away in Noord, this peaceful 1-bedroom hideout is wrapped in lush greenery with more than 30 tropical plant varieties. Inside, you’ll find soft natural textures, a queen bed, and a full kitchen. Step outside for an outdoor shower under banana leaves, lounge by the shared pool, and enjoy a calm, stylish stay just minutes from Aruba’s best beaches.

You’ll be staying in Kudawecha, a quiet residential pocket of Noord that gives you the best of both worlds: peaceful surroundings at home and quick access to Aruba’s top beaches and attractions. It’s an easy jump to the island’s natural highlights, and you’re still close to the lively Palm Beach Strip.

Within a few minutes’ drive, you can reach Arashi Beach, Boca Catalina, Malmok Beach, and the California Lighthouse—perfect for snorkeling, swimming, or catching golden-hour views. Palm Beach is about six minutes away and loaded with restaurants, bars, casinos, and shops if you want some nightlife.

If you’re exploring the island’s nature, Philip’s Animal Garden and Alto Vista Chapel are close by. Downtown Oranjestad is less than 20 minutes away for food, shopping, and local culture.

The area is calm and safe, ideal for recharging after a day out. Grocery options like Ting Wei, Save More, Noord Supermarket, and Super Food Plaza are all within 7 to 10 minutes. Pharmacies, gas stations, and small local shops are also close, making errands quick and simple.

Kudawecha works well for guests who want privacy, easy access to everything, and a laid-back base while discovering Aruba.

Aruba is small, but a rental car makes exploring much easier—and we recommend one. Beaches, shops, and restaurants are all within a 3 to 15-minute drive from the apartment. The neighborhood is simple to navigate, GPS works well, and parking at the property is free.

Taxis and the Carrot ride app are available, though less convenient from residential areas and generally pricier than renting a car. Bikes and scooters are another option if you’re staying close to Palm Beach or Noord.

Supermarkets and delivery services operate nearby, so picking up groceries or essentials is easy. Whether your plans are beach days, exploring nature, or relaxed evenings in, getting around from Kudawecha 53 is straightforward and stress-free.

This is a smoke-free and pet-free property. You’ll have fast Wi-Fi, full air-conditioning, and shared on-site parking. Our team is on call any time you need us. We simply ask that guests keep noise down after 10 PM to respect the neighborhood.

We provide a starter supply of basics. Each guest gets two bath towels and a beach towel. Bathrooms come with two hand towels—one ready to use and one stored away. If you need extras, please bring what you prefer.

The apartment is part of a small multi-unit community with three apartments and a main house. The pool, BBQ, and garden are shared. You may see other guests around the property. Parking is shared as well.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises, indoors or outdoors. Any violation results in a minimum fee of $300.

Pool cleaning is scheduled twice per week on every Wednesday and Saturday.
