This entire cottage in Mariposa, California is a private, tucked-away hideout ideal for couples, families, or small groups looking to explore the mountains while staying close to everything downtown has to offer.
Inside, you’ll find two comfortable queen bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchenette, a private bathroom, and a cozy living area with a smart TV and cable—everything you need to relax after a day in Yosemite. Step outside to enjoy your private backyard patio, the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

The home is a private downstairs unit (with a separate unit above), providing a peaceful and quiet retreat. For added convenience, there’s a washer and dryer available from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., shared with our cleaning crew.

You’ll love the location—just steps from local bars, restaurants, and shops in historic downtown Mariposa. Park your car and walk everywhere, or hop on the YARTS bus just around the corner for a scenic ride directly into Yosemite National Park—no parking pass required!

VERIFICATION: Bookings are protected by TRUVI. After confirmation, guests must complete identity verification (takes less than a minute) before arrival. Check-in details will be shared after this step. Guests may also need to agree to House Rules or Terms & Conditions.

CHECK-IN FORM: Before check-in instructions, guests must fill out a form via our link to help coordinate our ground team.

HOUSE RULES:
1. NO EXTRA GUESTS: Only registered guests are allowed. Unapproved visitors may result in cancellation.
2. CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in is after 4PM; Check-out is by 10AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur a full night fee. Early/late requests are subject to availability and fees.
3. PETS: Strictly no pets allowed on the property.
4. NO SMOKING: Non-smoking home. Smoking permitted outdoors only (25ft from doors). Violation fee is 250.
5. QUIET HOURS: 10PM-7AM. No outdoor music or noise. Disturbances may result in cancellation without refund.
6. MEDIA: No professional photo/video shoots or commercial use without prior approval and fees.
7. PARTIES: No parties or special events without written approval.
8. ACCESS: Please allow vendor access for maintenance or repairs; we will notify you beforehand.
9. MESS: No glitter or confetti. Please clean up to avoid a 500 excessive mess fee.
10. WIFI: No illegal internet use. Connectivity is not guaranteed due to external outages.
11. RESCHEDULE: Requests are handled per cancellation policy. Requests made less than 14 days out must cancel and rebook.
12. CAMERAS: Surveillance records driveway and front door. No devices are inside or in private outdoor spaces.
13. PARKING: Max 1 car allowed in the designated spot.
14. DAMAGE: Report breakage immediately. Unreported damage incurs a 100 fee plus repair costs.
15. INSURANCE: We recommend traveler’s insurance for unforeseen delays or sickness.
16. DEPARTURE: Please remove trash, wash dishes, and leave the property tidy.

Failure to follow these rules constitutes a breach of contract resulting in immediate cancellation without refund.
