**This is a timeshare condo, and this property has multiple two-bedroom units. Some have two twin beds in the second bedroom, and some have a double bed.

• The apartment is located in a timeshare complex, and the pictures are from a typical unit, and the exact unit is assigned at check-in. The exact view and layout may vary depending on the unit assigned. All the units are under common management and have similar furnishings, decor, and layout.
• This listing is for an ocean view unit, not an ocean front unit.
• Infants and children are counted towards maximum occupancy.

•We share this island with critters. While we treat the apartment monthly for pest control, you may occasionally see a roach or a gecko. These are harmless and do not entitle guests to refunds, but please let us know if you see more than one so we can call our technician. If coming across a critter will cause you to feel stress, unmanageable fear or cause you to empty the property, we suggest you do not book our property or another property on the Hawaiian Islands.
