Welcome to Casa Fuentes, your beachside home away from home in beautiful Villas del Mar Beach Resort, Puerto Rico! This bright and breezy 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is perfect for families, friends, and couples offering comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. Centrally located and only 25 minutes away from San Juan and El Yunque!

Whether you're chasing waves, relaxing at the pool, or enjoying a peaceful sunset on one of two balconies, Casa Fuentes makes every day a vacation.

Located on the 2nd floor of a private building in a gated beach resort community with 24/7 security, this single-level condo is ideal for families or groups looking for a stress-free getaway. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and en suite bathroom with modern walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a comfy queen bed and large closet. The third bedroom is designed with flexibility in mind, offering a twin-over-full bunk bed with an additional twin trundle, making it a perfect fit for kids or a group of friends.

The open-concept living area flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen and dining space, with two private balconies on either end of the condo where you can dine or unwind while taking in the tropical scenery. The screen doors allow a refreshing cross breeze of ocean air that brings the beach feel indoors. An in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience.

As a guest, you’ll enjoy full private access to the entire condo as well as shared access to a wide range of amenities in this gated community with 24/7 security:

Amazing Apt, had everything we needed to enjoy the island! Beach essentials, Parking, Pool, Apartment essentials. We loved it. We travel most of the days, but it was nice coming back to a comfy and cozy place. Will surely rent this place again if I have a decent group coming.

This pristine condo was absolutely ADORABLE down to the very last detail! It is clear that the host loves this place…and it shows! From the light switch covers to the beachy little trinkets that decorate every nook and cranny of this place- it is PERFECT! They literally thought of everything to have available for a perfect day at the beach. My step son had an absolute BLAST on the boogie boards we found in the closet, and there is a ton of other swimming/beach gear, quite literally everything you need- even sunscreen! The host was very friendly and accommodating, they always got right back to us and even let us check-in a little earlier- which made it very convenient. This place is located about 45 minutes outside of San Juan, so be prepared to rent a car to get around. It is within about a 10-15 minute car ride to some really excellent restaurants and activities for the whole family! There is a pool literally right outside in the backyard area, which is great if you have older children and want to keep an eye on them from the balcony. The private beach was what made this place truly special- it is about a 5 minute walk and there is also another swimming pool right on the ocean! Even if you are slightly picky(like my family is!) you will find this place very clean, well put together with comfy beds and nice furniture. We give it 4.8 stars, for what it is- and the price, it was exactly what we needed to “get away from it all”.

We found with this property exactly what we were looking for: a gated community for safety, with a pool for the kids and on the beach. The apt is simple yet comfy and nicely decorated and came equipped with everything we needed plus more. Coffee, filtered water pitcher, kitchen utensils and a closet full of beach essentials such as towels, chairs, floating toys, even a wagon. The rooms were comfortable for our party of 7 and all AC’s worked perfectly. We contacted the owner upon arrival with a situation and they responded immediately even though it was midnight! No issues to report except it was a little bit of a distance 30-40 mins from San Juan but the drive goes through Piñones beach and kiosks so it’s worth it. The corner pharmacy store was great. I would definitely recommend this place.
