A vibrant pool deck outfitted with 10 premium lounge chairs, an al fresco dining table, and an outdoor fire pit for unforgettable evenings under the stars.

Private sports facilities right on the property grounds, including a full tennis court and a pickleball court.

Direct access to miles of secluded coastline and expansive balconies designed perfectly for taking in majestic ocean views and golden Baja sunsets.

Getting Around:

Your luxury experience begins the moment you touch down with a seamless, private check-in service directly at the villa. While the estate feels like a secluded paradise, it is exceptionally well-located. You are just a convenient 15-minute drive away from the vibrant energy of downtown Cabo, premier supermarkets, high-end shopping centers, exquisite restaurants, and legendary nightlife.



Other Things to Note:

Unforgettable Events: Casa Bellamar serves as a dream backdrop for weddings or milestone celebrations for up to 100 guests. Events require prior approval, an additional event fee, and a $25,000 USD security deposit. Conveniently, nearby hotels offer easy accommodations for your traveling wedding guests.

Booking & Age Requirements: To maintain a relaxed, family-friendly environment, all groups must have at least one member who is 30 years of age or older to act as the primary signing renter.

Villa Policies: The home is highly suitable for toddlers and children, though they must be supervised by an adult at all times. To protect the pristine interiors, guests are kindly asked not to eat or drink in the bedrooms. No unregistered guests are permitted on-site.

Curfew, Smoking, & Pets: A strict noise curfew is in place from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Casa Bellamar is a strictly non-smoking property (both indoors and outdoors), and violation carries a $500 USD penalty. Pets are generally not permitted without express, prior approval from the owner.



Chef & Butler Service Guidelines: While a private chef and butler are complimentary, larger groups require extra helpers to maintain our five-star service standard. These are added on a daily basis plus a 16% tax depending on your guest count (note that the cost of food ingredients is not included. The final amount comes with a 20% included as a delivery fee):

- 7 to 12 guests: One extra helper at USD $180.00 plus tax per day.

- 13 to 16 guests: Two extra helpers at USD $360.00 plus tax per day.

- 17 to 18 guests: Three extra helpers at USD $550.00 plus tax per day.



Local Taxes & Fees: Standard rental rates are subject to an additional $15 USD fee and a 20% tax.

Los Cabos is a rapidly growing destination, and development throughout the region is ongoing. While we are always transparent and disclose any known nearby construction at the time of booking whenever possible, new construction or renovation projects may begin after a reservation is confirmed and are outside of our control. As such, construction-related noise or activity in the surrounding area does not qualify for compensation, cancellation, relocation, or refunds.
