The Space:

Time on the Oregon Coast has a way of inspiring relaxation and calm in a way that few other places can. Bring your friends and family together to make some memories in this house, which offers entertainment and easy access to Pacific waves and sand. Recently, the home has received all new carpeting throughout along with new floor covering in two of the baths. The living room has been updated with new sofas and a 50-inch flatscreen TV. The kitchen features all new cookware, silverware, and coffee maker. As of 2019, the home has received all new roofing, siding, and decks. Interior and exteriors have been fully repainted.



Located in sleepy Neskowin just a short five-min walk from the beach, you'll fall into a different rhythm here away from all the distractions of your busy life. There's nothing separating you from the picturesque coast except nature and a peaceful walk. Bring your clubs to play on the Neskowin Beach Golf Course and bring the beach toys for the kids to have a fun day by the water.



If the weather doesn't cooperate, you can still have a great time indoors! Play Ping-Pong in the bonus room, spark up the wood fireplace and have a movie marathon on the flatscreen TV with your favorite DVDs. A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook delicious meals for the whole group, and the open layout means the conversations never have to stop. Buy some fresh fish and veggies to cook on the gas grill. If you see the sun peek out before twilight from your balcony, grab the beach chairs and head down to catch the sunset. A private washer/dryer allows you take care of any laundry you may have. Step out onto the front patio and enjoy the views of the National Wildlife Refuge across the street.

Ants and gnats every where. Not enough basic cleaning items, like dish sponge. Downstairs bunk beds are not sturdy. Neighbors chain sawing at 7 am in the morning.

Oregon Coast Getaway

Home was in same area of Beautiful Neskowin Beach State Recreation Site. 5 min drive from the house.to parking area - then less than 5 min walk to beach.Home was very comfortable for family 5 adults 4yr & 15 month. 3 separate bathrooms and downstairs bathroom with laundry room for easy clean up from a day at the beach. Lincoln City 20 mins plenty of beautiful beaches/shops/restaurants. Lighthouses within an hours. Oregon Coast Aquarium 1 hr. Tillamook Creamery 45 mins.Great home base !

Perfect Private Getaway

We loved staying here. Home is very clean, spacious, had everything we needed and was very quiet. It’s a short walk to the beach and easy access. Fun having a fire pit out back too. We’d love to book this home again.

Our stay

Our stay at this home was absolutely fantastic. We had no issues getting into the house, the beach was a 5 min walk and there was more then enough room for everyone to sleep. Overall great experience.

quiet beach retreat with room to relax

We enjoyed our stay in this home. There was plenty of room to relax, large windows to see outside, cozy furniture, and plenty of hot water. The quiet community had us close to the beach and a short drive to Lincoln City, but it felt like we were a million miles away from anywhere. We would certainly go back with a larger group as there was so much room we would not feel crowded.

Great location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the kids loved that we could walk to the ocean. Weather cooperated as well! Only disappointment was that there were wonderful VHS tapes which the kids were excited about, but no means of playing them. Everything was really very very good!

Lovely home perched in the trees. Perfect great room and kitchen area. 10 minute walk to beach. We are older and were fine with the stairs, but you might want to include it in the information. Also I wa told there are no Hair dryers. You might want to include that in amenities, because there was a Hairdryer.haircdruer.

The place is nice, would consider renting again. Did get a bit of a scare when a bar broke into the garbage can. Dumped it a second time and put it into garage. Plenty of space, good distance to the ocean, and a nice kitchen to cook in.

Great location

The location was great and within walking distance to the beach. The house was agreed size for families with children. The house could use a bit more of a clean and there was a terrible ant problem in the kitchen and bathrooms. Ants were everywhere we really couldn’t eat at the table or use the kitchen for that matter.

Great house but not clean

We loved the space and quiet street, the beach access and the large walk in shower downstairs. The ant colony and dirty dishes and general grime, I could have done without. This place needs a good deep clean and it will be the perfect spot!

A quiet and peaceful rental

We liked the size and layout of the house and the access to the beach (a walk through the dunes to it). It was clean and well-stocked. However, it could use some 'beach property' maintenance. The windows are rusting and some were not working well. Windows also need a good washing. The house is in a very quiet area and our stay was a great respite from the chaos of the world right now.

Simple and functional

This was a nice, private house with direct beach access. It was very clean when we arrived. Some of the fixtures and furnitures were a bit worn but it was what we expected at a beach house. The house setup was well thought out. Unfortunately the outside faucet for washing sand off your feet was inoperable, and we felt like there was a lack of instruction around the outside garbage collection among some of the other amenities but Vacasa got right back to us when we emailed them questions. We would stay here again. It’s a lovely home.

It was great!

I rated the cleanliness as a 4- there were ants in the bathroom- although there were ant traps in the kitchen, so I just moved one into the bathroom, and problem solved. The carpets appeared to be new, which was nice. The check-in process was great- it was completely contactless- I was texted the passcode to the house while I was on route, and had no need of any other sort of assistance. The house was a short walk to the beach, and you could walk down the beach to proposal rock, and the Neskowin ghost forest. The neighborhood was great for riding our bikes. It was a great getaway!
