With 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and a fully loaded kitchen, it’s built to host unforgettable gatherings—whether you're cooking out on the propane grill, streaming movies on the porch, or sharing stories around the 10-seat dining table.

Items To Note:

This rental does not include a golf cart. Carts are available for rent onsite through Ocean Lakes Golf Cars. They do not accept reservations.

Bed, bath, and kitchen linens are included in the cleaning fee.

Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per vehicle, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.

There is parking for 3 standard vehicles at this site. If you have additional vehicles, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).

A welcome packet containing information on obtaining parking passes will be emailed to you upon receipt of payment in full & 30 days prior to your arrival.

Baby items are available for rent during your stay. Baby gear rental registration will be included in your welcome packet.

Pre-arrival grocery delivery is available for an additional fee. Pre-arrival grocery delivery information will be included in your welcome packet.

Access information will be emailed at 3:45 PM on arrival date.

Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received

By proceeding with the rental of this property, you are confirming you are in agreement with the terms and conditions set forth in the Digital Rental Agreement and with the rental rules listed below.

All renters are required to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver in lieu of a refundable damage deposit.

House Rules:

Rates and fees are non-negotiable.

Renters must be at least 25 years old, and present during the rental period.

MAXIMUM occupancy is 11.

No smoking in the house.

Small dogs will be considered (additional fee applies).

Fireworks are prohibited inside Ocean Lakes Family Campground.
