Ce chalet classique Priscilla Beach a été récemment rénové pour fournir les équipements essentiels mis à jour, mais conserve son charme rustique qui a fait de Priscilla Beach une destination pour les vacances en famille depuis plus d'un siècle. Situé sur une colline directement en face de la baie de Cape Cod, la maison offre une vue imprenable sur l'est et le sud le long de la plage de Priscilla. Par temps calme, vous pouvez voir clairement à travers la baie de Cape Cod aux dunes de Provincetown.
À l'approche, vous trouverez un porche d'agriculteurs, idéal pour se détendre, admirer la vue et accueillir vos invités. Un premier étage, vous trouverez le salon original avec ses murs en bois traditionnels. À droite, deux chambres et une salle de bains 3/4. Une chambre a un lit superposé élargi, avec un matelas double sur le dessus et un matelas complet ci-dessous. Parfait pour 2-3 enfants. La chambre adjacente a un lit queen size, et les deux chambres ont un accès rapide à la salle de bain au premier étage.
Au-delà du salon est la cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes. Juste au-delà de la cuisine est une grande véranda face à la cour arrière. Ici vous trouverez un autre petit coin salon, télévision et table à manger qui sera assis six confortablement. Au large de la véranda est une terrasse avec barbecue à gaz et descend vers la cour arrière. Ici, nous avons des tables à manger en plein air pour les chaudes nuits d'été.
A l'étage, vous trouverez un plus grand salon avec une vue imprenable sur l'Atlantique. Il y a deux grands canapés, des chaises et une télévision pour rassembler tout l'équipage. Aussi à ce niveau est une salle de bain complète et trois chambres. Chaque chambre peut accueillir deux adultes confortables, deux chambres en lits queen et une avec un lit double.
La maison dispose de climatisation centrale, un générateur de toute la maison et une douche extérieure fermée pour laver le sable. Il y a une laveuse / sécheuse empilable sur le niveau principal et nous vous fournissons tous les draps et serviettes de bain pour votre séjour.

Picture perfect Priscilla beach

We had a awesome time during our stay at Priscilla beach. The home was very comfortable and very accomodating to all our needs.The homes in the area are all impeccably clean and beautiful, The neighbor is very nice and friendly, I like to refer to the people in the area as "Priscillians". I would love to revisit again, I highly reccomend the rental home we stayed in, close to the water and all the stores you need.it is perfect.

Excellent weekend getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. With three different living room areas it was perfect for three families with teenagers, we had ample room for everyone with a nice yard for outdoor games and grilling, all within walking distance to a public beach. Highly recommend!

Great Plymouth Location

We stayed for 10 days in September 2021. The host was very cooperative when we had a mild COVID scare with one of the travelers. We ended up not needing to change the dates, but the host was going to do whatever we needed, which was great. Overall, I gave the house 4 stars. The location was fantastic, being close to Boston and Cape Cod. The proximity to the beach was great and was just a short walk. The listing pictures were accurate and there were plenty of hang out spaces for our group. There were beach chairs for 8 people and the outside BBQ was really nice. I would describe the downstairs “core original house” as cottage like and was a bit tired, especially the downstairs bathroom (peeling wallpaper, loud vent fan, odd lighting). The kitchen hade everything we needed, it was just small and dated. The utensil drawer needs to be fixed as it was almost impossible to slide in and out. The tub and sink in the upstairs bathroom were slow to drain. The “what to do with the trash instructions” needs updating. The trash was never picked during our 10 day stay and the instructions provided were confusing and wrong. The best gathering place in the house was the upstairs seating area do to its newness and ample seating options. However, the Television in this room was basically unwatchable because it would flake out repeatedly every minute. The house could use some tv instructions as each of the three rooms were slightly different. Thanks

Beautiful

Siblings and cousins, 10 of us so comfortable in this property. With 3 living spaces, we all had an area to spread out and relax. With 5 bedrooms, everyone slept comfy cozy. Beautiful views of the ocean. This will be our go to property in the future.

Perfect family beach vacation

We were thrilled with this house! It had a fabulous view from the rockers on the front porch, a back yard big enough for the grandchildren to play games, very nice neighbors, and the perfect little walk to the beach - if we forgot something when we went to the beach, we just walked home to get it.

Perfect Spot for a Family Getaway

The house had plenty of room for our group of 7. Loved the views and the neighborhood. Backyard was great for the grandkids. Plenty of beach chairs and towels. Kitchen was well-equipped and house was full of little extras that made for a great stay.

Perfect Vacation

This was an amazing week! The house was beautiful and the views were awesome. It accommodated our large group comfortably. The beach is down the block, few people, so social distancing was easy! We lost power one day and didn't even realize it because there is a generator! Could not have asked for a better week of relaxation!!

Great house in a beautiful location. We loved it here!

This is a great house, with plenty of bedroom and living space. There were 5 of us, but the house could easily have accommodated more. It was clean, well-equipped and the location is lovely - just a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach (open only to residents), on a quiet residential road. There are shops/restaurants within 10 minutes drive. We had a great time exploring Boston, Cambridge, Plymouth, Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard from this base. It does take about an hour (unless you are very lucky with traffic!) to get into and parked in Boston itself, so if you are aiming to spend a lot of time in the city this probably isn't an ideal base, but with all the beautiful coast line and other interesting places nearby, we did not feel the need to go often! We had a great time staying here and would definitely recommend this house and this area as a good holiday base.

Lovely, Quiet, Beach Cottage

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Priscilla Beach Cottage. The views are beautiful! It's a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to the beach. We loved the various living spaces in the home and everyone was comfortable. Communication was easy with Ethan and his team. We would recommend this property!

Good family home

The first picture here is from the front porch. The second floor living room has an even better version of this view. We could see all the way to PTown. Nice beach with easy access nearby. Lots of toys etc. available. Landscaping in both front and back is beautiful. The one down side was the house was dirty. Hopefully this will be addressed. Check with the management for updates.

We loved the home. Plenty of space, three living areas. Enjoyed the fire pit! We would rent again. However, we had to get mold remover for downstairs bathroom, and totally clean shower, full of hair and mold. Dining room table was black, had to be scrubbed, corners of floors were full of dirt. We left it cleaner. We did appreciate all the extras you included to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Lots of kitchen supplies and homey details. The whole family loved it!!

EXCELLENT vacation home

Our family of 7 felt right at home in Ethan's spacious, well furnished home. The site was close to all the popular beaches, attractions and stores. We were VERY thankful for the opportunity to spend almost 2 weeks there. Numerous bedrooms gave each of our children "options"; the central A/C was working and needed on several occasions. The 3 "family rooms" gave Mom/Dad one; the young adults one; and our youngster her own place to get away. The yard was well maintained. The companies doing the mowing, and trash collection had pleasant, polite and hard working employees. There wasn't a hitch anywhere. They came and did what needed to be done and quietly left. Great Roomy House, super clean!!

Another great one on Priscilla Beach. Amazing cute house, roomy, had everything we needed! Parking is a bit limited so keep that in mind as you book. Max 3-4 cars depending on size.
