Living room: Couch is a pull out that is almost as, or even more comfortable than the bed. Fast internet and a dedicated work space. Washer and dryer is in a closet in the living room.

Kitchen: is small but has enough counter top space, shelving and many amenities. Basic cooking supplies are provided. Salt, pepper, other spices. Cooking oils. Sugar and a bag of New Mexico Piñon coffee.

Bedroom: has a skylight with a blind that you can open or close. Bedroom also has a door that leads to the private outdoor patio.

You will have access to the entire house.

We are available to interact but follow guests lead.

We think this home is ideal for one guest staying for a month as space is limited however, two people used to being in smaller spaces together can make it work.

Basic cooking supplies are provided. Salt, pepper, other spices. Cooking oils. Sugar and a bag of New Mexico Piñon coffee.

There is only one dedicated off street parking spot.

0.3 miles to the Railyard District that hosts a Farmers Market every Saturday morning all year long. Tuesday mornings as well during the late spring, summer and till late Fall.
