Really enjoyed our trip! The property was clean, the view of the lake was better than expected, and communication with the host was great. The property was also much closer to Arnold’s Park than I anticipated. Would definitely stay again!

Indoor of property was well kept with clean & comfortable beds and seating. We loved the 3 bedroom/2 bath layout for our group. Was surprised to not have any toiletries or hairdryer provided in the shower & bathroom - we had to make a run to Walmart for soap and shampoo. Was disappointed to find out upon arrival that the private condo pool (in the listing description) was not open at all, and all the grass/landscaping was torn up around the buildings and just dirt. It rained during our stay, and the roof over the porch leaked so we couldn’t sit outside during that. Overall a great property, but would have liked a heads up about some things that we expected that weren’t provided.

Thank you for your feedback and for choosing to stay at our Bridges Bay condo. We're sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. The landscaping improvements after the total exterior remodel of the building were being completed by private contractors and an unforeseen mechanical issue came up which affected the opening of the condo pool, which I was unaware of as it was supposed to be finished and open by June 1. We understand that ongoing exterior work can impact the overall guest experience. The leak from the overhead deck is something I cannot change as the deck is made up of boards and not a single piece of decking so there will be some areas that will leak through. Regarding the shampoo and soap, we appreciate the suggestion. If I had been alerted to this I would have gladly ran some over for you. While these items are not currently listed among the amenities we provide, we will re-evaluate ways to enhance the guest experience moving forward. I did have a hair dryer in that unit but must have been taken by the previous guests........I will be getting 2 new hair dryers for the unit today. Our goal is always to provide a clean, relaxing and enjoyable place for families and friends to create great memories at Bridges Bay. Thank you again for your comments.

Fun place to stay!

Clean property that is tastefully decorated. We especially liked being able to park under the building as it was raining during our stay. The water park was fun for our 8 year olds birthday. We'll stay here again!

Great stay for the family!

Great condo - room for our family of adults and kids! Clean and comfortable. Very close to tons of fun stuff - Bridges Bay, Arnold’s Park, and more. Enjoyed having our own kitchen to prepare meals, etc. I’d stay here again and recommend to friends.

The property was comfortable, but dated. Furnishings and amenities were as described. In general, the property was fine and the communication was good. I’ve got nothing negative to say other than everything is very dated inside. And parking was challenging.

My only complaint was with Bridges Bay - actual hours of water park were not what was posted. But the unit was perfect for our needs. Loved the underground parking, particularly with the heat and crowds.

Great stay!

We have stayed at Bridges Bay so we knew what to expect. The property was just as it stated and we had a great time. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 starts is I think the condo is in need to a deep clean. If you didn’t have shoes on your feet or socks would turn black. I think all the tile especially the kitchen could use a good scrub.

Some of the dishes were dirty and had to wash before using. Multiple spiders inside and spider webs on the light fixture above table. Sink in main bath didn’t drain good the 1st 2 days. Otherwise it was perfect for what we needed.

Wonderful Unit

We had a wonderful stay here. It was a short 3 day stay. For our family that is familiar with Okoboji this was our fist time staying at the Boji Bay condos. This unit was a nice size for us. We picked this unit on the bottom floor with access to a grassy area so our granddaughter would have a space to play outside (weather permitting). We also wanted and had access to the water park for our granddaughter. For our weekend the condo had everything we needed. With the weather turning out extremely nice for Memorial Day weekend (rare) we did not need to use the assortment of games that are in the condo. The games are a nice plus for this unit. I would like to suggest that you possibly add a few plastic dish ware and glass ware for sitting outside. There was a nice off citronella candle on the patio table but no lighter anywhere. Next time we’ll bring a lighter just in case there is a citronella candle. Thank you for the use of your lovely unit. We would definitely book with you again.

Amazing condo

This condo was clean, comfortable and spacious! It has an amazing lake view and was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. The water park and pool were great! We fished, golfed and boated. Highly recommend!!

Enjoyed the ground floor and it was well stocked with some basic items (paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, etc.). That’s not a big deal but have rented other poorly stocked and it’s sort of a pain.

enjoyed our stay with family. disappointing the main outdoor pool was only open 1 day we were there resulting in being over crowded due to short staffing and the condo pool was also closed and drained our entire stay. we stayed in mid august.
