Superbe remodelage et une vue imprenable, il ne va tout simplement pas mieux que ça! Profitez de la vue imprenable sur l'île Daufuskie et le son de Calibogue depuis cette villa de 4 chambres et 4 salles de bains au bord de la plage. Les superbes rénovations comprennent de nouveaux planchers en bois, une nouvelle peinture, de nouvelles portes en bois, des garnitures et des lambris de style artisan, une nouvelle cuisine avec tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en quartz et un dosseret en tuiles de verre. En entrant, descendez et vous trouverez un salon confortable et une chambre à coucher avec literie king. Les deux peuvent accéder au patio privé. La buanderie a un refroidisseur de boissons et micro-ondes et une salle de bain complète qui complète ce niveau. Au deuxième niveau, vos yeux seront immédiatement attirés par les vues spectaculaires! Le salon est mis en valeur par le coin de la cheminée récemment redessiné, orné de carreaux de travertin turc. Le salon est ouvert sur la salle à manger pouvant accueillir 10 personnes et sur la cuisine. Il y a une salle de bain complète de la cuisine ainsi qu'une chambre King. Les troisième et quatrième chambres sont situées au 3ème étage. La suite principale est équipée d'une literie king-size et d'une salle de bains privative. La quatrième chambre a deux lits jumeaux et une salle de bain attenante.

Situé à quelques pas des activités, des magasins et des restaurants de South Beach Marina. Profitez également des privilèges de tennis gratuits au South Beach Racquet Club. Accès direct à la plage depuis la porte arrière et une piscine sur place. L'emplacement de cette villa est difficile à battre!

Couldn’t ask for any better! Wow, this home had absolutely everything we could’ve asked for. There were ample beach and bath towels, kitchen was extremely well stocked and we were so very grateful to have paper towel and brand new kitchen towels (always something that other places we’ve stayed don’t have so we have to make another trip to the store). Bathrooms all had the important toiletries (soap, shampoo, lotion).The place was beautifully decorated and very comfortable inside and out. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed seeing a number of deer feeding up close as well as the dolphins in the ocean. We also loved being steps from the beach, and south beach marina with pickleball courts, tennis and salty dog cafe. Also, the credit to choose additional items for beach and/or bikes was very much appreciated. We rented bikes with the credit and loved our time riding around the island. We hope to be back again. Thank you for your attention to details.

Great Beach Townhome

We had 7 adults stay at this location. There was plenty of room for everyone, the place was well stocked, and the location was fantastic. Just a 30 second walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the stay!

So nice, we didn't want to go back

This was our second stay on the island. The first time we were in Coligny. The character of the resort was quiet, and away from people. The amenities were excellent, and we got to enjoy the whole property. Check-in and check-out were both quick and simple. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect Sea Pines location

This was a great family property with its proximity to the beach, pool and playground, and Salty Dog complex! There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking and the decor was lovely and inviting. Loved seeing dolphins and birds from the deck every day too!

Nice family getaway

4 adults, 2 kids, plenty of space for all of us. This villa is one of the better-located units in the complex, closest to the beach which is down a small path, while also convenient to the pool. All rooms were clean and comfortable. In particular, the primary bedroom and bath, and the living room/kitchen seemed recently updated. It was an easy walk to the Salty Dog for ice cream and souvenir shopping.

Perfect Place

From the time we walked into the home we felt relaxed! The house was beautiful, well laid out and definitely well appointed! The kitchen had everything you could think about needing for cooking and dining. It was a straight shot to the beach, the decks and patio were very comfortable and relaxing. We had 1 infant and 8 adults and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Two of us were able to attend classes online while there and internet was not an issue. We will be booking this place again!

We have been coming to Hilton Head yearly as a family for years. After not being able to come last year, this year was especially wonderful. The rental had everything we needed! It was a great week!

Great house and location

The house is exactly as described (great views, super clean, well equipped, comfortable beds). The location on the sound is great to be able to enjoy calm water and lounge in tubes while only being a very short walk to the ocean side. We saw LOTS of Dolphin including a group that was very close to shore on the day we arrived. The short walk to the Salty Dog was also very convenient for our daily ice cream trip!

Fantastic property!

We loved this property so much!! We would definitely return. We had 4 families with grandparents down to a 5 month old and it was a beautiful home and great space for all of us!!! Walking distance to the beach and pool, having a grill was amazing, the kitchen was fully stocked, and laundry was fantastic to have as well. They even had sand toys for the kids to enjoy! We never figured out the garage but just assumed it was locked and we couldn’t get into it, but would have loved for that to be in the welcome instructions or to be able to park our car inside (parking lot filled up a few times so we had to park at the Salty Dog, but that was very close - definitely not a deal breaker). The kids also loved having the playground so close! We walked there almost every night. Check in process was seamless and the guest portal was SO helpful! Answered so many of our questions!

Perfect for pickleballers

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was SO spacious and the proximity to the beach was fantastic. A quick walk out and you are on the beach. I would suggest that renters be prepared to bring paper towels, toilet paper and napkins. Stop at the Publix on the way in. Also rent bikes as it’s a quick ride/walk to the tennis and pickleball courts, not to mention the Salty Dog. We would stay here again!

Great Place!

We loved the layout of this property! We had three in our family working remotely and a student working via zoom so everyone had a place. Only negative of this property was trying to figure out how to use the televisions with no cable, just smart TVs. Had we not had our millennial children with us we would not have been able to watch tv. Maybe more of an explanation written out would help? Great location and a wonderful place to watch the sun set and walk on the beach!

The condo was very clean, very comfortable, and the location was perfect. Beautiful views, easy walk to beach and pool, and wonderfully stocked kitchen. Our family reconnected and had a restful stay. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home!

Awesome Time

Both the townhome and the location of the property were perfect! We were able to walk to the Marina / Salty Dog area with the kids. When staying in, the home had everything you could want. Very well equipped, updated, and easy to call home for the week away! I would definitely book this location again!

We had a great time at the sound villas. The house was very nice with great access to the beach. The entire sea pines plantation is ideal with tons of different things to keep us occupied. We couldn't ask for anything more.

We loved it!

My family of five adults and four children ages 2-7 just returned from a week at this property. We loved it! I believe we have found the perfect fit for our family for the next few years anyway. The house is very well-equipped for a large group and is kid friendly while still being tastefully decorated and comfortable for adults. The location suited us so well as we could use our cast net, fish, ride bikes, etc without the crowds. The Vacation Company was responsive to every request. We plan to rent this location again next season.
