The Space:

The sleek and fully equipped kitchen features an open plan with all the necessary cookware and utensils. Featuring a comfortable queen-size bed and a dresser. The apartment also features a well-appointed bathroom, complete with a standing shower. Additional amenities include in-unit laundry for you convenience during your stay.

Please note that New York City's heating season is until the end of May. Beginning around mid-April, we will install window Air Conditioning in the apartment. Please let us know if you would like to request an earlier installation!

Located on the Upper East Side, the apartment is just steps away from the city's best dining, shopping, and entertainment and the best NYC hospitals. With easy access to public transportation, you can easily explore all that New York City has to offer.



The area is home to many famous museums, such as the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Guggenheim, as well as other cultural institutions like the Whitney Museum of American Art and the Jewish Museum. The neighborhood is also home to many high-end shops and designer boutiques, such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Chanel.



The area also boasts many excellent restaurants, cafes, and bars, catering to a variety of tastes and budgets. Some of the most popular include Cafe Boulud, Sushi Nakazawa, and the Carlyle Hotel's Bemelmans Bar.



Getting Around:

York Ave is located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, New York City. The nearest subway station is the 86th Street subway station, which is served by the 4, 5, and 6 trains. The subway station is about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Additionally, there are several bus lines that operate in the area, including the M15, M31, M86, and M96. These buses provide access to other parts of Manhattan, as well as other parts of New York City. Taxis and ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft are also widely available in the area.
