I’m not sure why they have the main image of the hotel as some other hotel because it’s definitely not what this hotel looks like. I messaged the host at 9:30 am prior to my 4 pm check in about something and 3 days later they never replied to me. Pool and hot tub was nice. We had 4 people staying in the room so we had to ask for extra towels and cups there was only 2 towels and 1 coffee cup. Breakfast was ok but lots of options. The staff was very friendly and very close to LEGO land

Our stay was ok, but I don’t have a desire to go back. There was never towels at the pools - I had to ask for towels at the desk every time my kids and I went to the pool. They never cleaned our room, so our trash can was full, we didn’t have enough towels and the soap in the shower was empty. I would ask for towels and they would say they would bring them, but never did. The elevators made horrible noise. I over heard a guest say she got stuck in one & then all of a sudden the elevator was out of order. Our stay was ok…but nothing makes me want to recommend or go back.

Avoid room 121 on the first floor at all cost trouble with the TV Internet didn’t even have TV the first night also shower doors were broken. Also blanket was very uncomfortable. It was some sort of sheet of it over a blanket. I did not like that we were right in front of the laundry room. There was so much noise above us on the second floor all night long also there was always trash outside our bedroom door because that’s where the laundry room was. Also, the pool was not very clean and the towel smelled not fresh. so also the room didn’t smell fresh. There was a lot of rust on the ceiling where the emergency fire water things. Everything just looked old and broken and I forgot the toilet seat was broken was flapping all over the place.
