Fully Stocked: From sharp knives to cookware, we’ve supplied everything you need to whip up a holiday dinner or a quick breakfast before the lifts open.

Dining for the Whole Group Adjacent to the living space, you'll find a stylish and rustic dining table to comfortably accommodate 8 guests, making it the perfect centerpiece for big family dinners, holiday feasts, or a lively board game night after the slopes.

Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements We’ve thoughtfully furnished the bedrooms to ensure everyone gets a great night's sleep.

Primary Suite: Relax in the luxurious King Bed, featuring a premium adjustable base. Whether you want to sit up and read or elevate your legs after a long day of skiing or hiking, you can find your perfect position. Located on the middle level, near the entrance, with a 5-step private staircase leading to the bathroom on the upper level.

Bedroom 2: The ultimate kids' zone or group room! This room sleeps up to 4 people comfortably. It features a TwinXL-over-Queen bunk bed (with new memory foam mattresses) PLUS a separate standalone Twin bed. Located on the lower level.

Bedroom 3: A comfortable and quiet room featuring a plush Queen Bed, perfect for two people. Located on the lower level with access to the lower-level balcony.

Living Room: A living room sofa extends to a foam mattress (sized between Full and Queen) and can accommodate two people. Located on the upper level with access to the upper-level balcony.

Laundry Our laundry room is equipped with a brand new, high-capacity washer and dryer. These machines are large enough to handle bulky ski gear or piles of towels easily. We provide plenty of detergent, so you’re ready to wash and go. Located on the lower level.

The Location: we are nestled in the Indian Hills neighborhood of Northstar.

Quiet & Scenic: You are surrounded by pine trees in a peaceful loop, away from the noise of the main village but just minutes from the action.
Guest access
Guests have full use of the entire condo. Entry is seamless via a keyless smart lock, so you can arrive on your own schedule without worrying about picking up keys.
Other things to note
Free Shuttle Access: Enjoy the complimentary Northstar shuttle that picks you up near the condo (a 2-minute walk) and drops you right at the Village for skiing, dining, and skating—no driving or parking required! A shuttle ride is ordered using an app and is typically available within 10-20 minutes during operating hours.

Parking: We have parking passes available for 2 vehicles in the complex lot. A pass for the 3rd vehicle can be provided upon request.
