This newly constructed peaceful getaway feels like a true home away from home, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with comfortable accommodation for families, couples, or small groups. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed. A comfortable double futon in the living room provides additional sleeping space.

Sitting on a one-lane private road and fronted by forested green-space, wildlife, and peek-a-boo lake views, the home offers the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. The inviting living area is ideal for unwinding after a day on the lake, and both full bathrooms are stocked with fresh linens, showers, a tub, and a hair dryer for your convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen includes generous cabinet space, a walk-in pantry, and everything you need to make cooking easy and enjoyable. The kitchen includes a coffee pot, InstaPot, all cookware, seasonings, baking goods, etc. and plenty of seating at our large island, with a dishwasher. There’s also a laundry area and plenty of storage throughout the home. One kayak available to use, numerous life vests for swimming at the beach. Outdoor games and indoor games for your use. A cart to wheel your belongings down to the beach for ease. 6 miles at the turn off is a grocery store, liquor store, medical facilities, fuel, and smoke shops. A handy local farmers market also at the top of the hill for fresh eggs and sweets.

Start your mornings with your coffee on one of two large, covered porches while soaking in the peaceful natural surroundings. Evenings are best spent around the outdoor fire pit with complimentary firewood, comfortable lawn chairs, a patio dining area, and BBQ grill. The Conkling Marina, boat launch, general store, and the popular Flip Flop Bar & Grill are just a short 5-minute walk away. A 2-seat golf cart is also available for guests who prefer to ride to the resort in style. On Friday and Saturday nights, enjoy live music and dancing at the Flip Flop before returning home to quiet evenings under the stars. Traveling with your dog? Your furry companion is welcome and will love the fenced backyard. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED IN CONKLING PARK OR MARINA.
