I chose this neighborhood because it is a very convenient area to reside in the city of Nairobi. Ubers and taxis are readily available and navigation is made even easier with the ultra road of Nairobi City - the Expressway; it makes it so convenient to commute. The area also has a supermarket, chemist where you can get essentials as well as cafes like Java and Artcaffe (In The Address) which are great working and meeting spots. In addition, Westlands has many co-working spaces that offer you places that you can work. For leisure, Westlands has one of the largest shopping malls in Nairobi City - Sarit Centre and Westgate and is near others like Lavington Mall - you can get variety of things there like eateries, shops, Carrefour supermarket and many more. It also has close proximity to international schools like Braeburn, Braeside, Nairobi International School, Aga Khan Academy where your children can go to school.

This property is unique because it is very spacious for a city apartment especially Nairobi as a city. It also has large windows/doors leading into balconies/patios. This is very unique as it bring in a lot of light and air into the rooms and living area. Additionally, having a bathtub in the master ensuite makes it a gem because you can relax in it after a long day of work. The wardrobe space is a lot too giving you enough room to store your clothes. The property also has a swimming pool so you can take a nice casual swim. There are not many apartments in the apartment building so there is no chaos and loud noises. Adding to the privacy is that it is a corner house therefore you are not sharing most walls with a noisy neighbour. The apartment has 3 balconies which is very rare in city apartment buildings. Finally, it is in one of the most convenient areas of Nairobi where you can easily navigate as well as use the prime road in the city - The Nairobi Expressway to beat the traffic.
