Unique, lakeside, spacious home in which to experience the Adirondacks, Saratoga Springs, the Upper Hudson Valley, Western Vermont and Lake George. Area activities include multiple skiing destinations, cross country skiing, and many restaurants, boutique and outlet shops, all within an hour with many much closer. Lake Luzerne is a small, family friendly lake offering ice skating and hockey as well as ice fishing when frozen. Numerous slides and small slopes on property and nearby for children’s tobogganing. Lake George, twenty minutes away, offers some of the most scenic vistas in the Northeast.

The house includes five bedrooms (4 queens, 1 with two twins) and an additional pull-out in the furnished basement. An air mattress is also kept on the property. Both the large family room and master bedrooms overlook the lake. In addition there are three full bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchen and workout equipment (in the basement). There are two flat screen TV’s, a dining table which seats 10, a 2-car garage, a sizeable parking area and a landscaped terrain.

This private residence, which is only rented during the winter and early spring in thirty-day increments, is suitable for a group/family or work team looking to establish a presence in the North Country that is spacious and comfortable for both leisure and work. The house was completely rebuilt in 2018. Based on the bed configuration, the house can accommodate up to 12 individuals. There is a separate, sizable desk and work area. The internet is robust throughout as is phone reception (using WIFI connect).
