Weâre available around the clock, so guests can contact us anytime with questions, concerns, or anything they may need during their stay.
Nestled between Interstates 65 and 20 sits the Birmingham neighborhood of Sand Ridge. Full of quiet streets and single-family homes, this small community lies on the southwest side of the city, giving residents easy access to the downtown area and many nearby attractions.
Little Shades Creek and Shades Creek cut through the center and eastern side of this community, providing a glimpse of the Southern beauty of the area. With a slightly lower cost of living than the communities closer to the heart of Birmingham, residents of all walks of life love this area. Thankfully, the nearby interstates make for an easy commute wherever you work.
Enjoy a variety of community amenities designed for comfort and convenience, including a sparkling pool with sundeck, a fully equipped fitness center, and gated access for added peace of mind. Stay active with on-site tennis and volleyball courts, and take advantage of convenient services like package delivery and door-to-door trash pickup. * Maximum of 2 pets per reservation
* No aggressive breeds
* Weight limit: 50 lbs
* $250 one-time, non-refundable pet fee
* We may decline pets that are not a good fit for the community
**Mid-Term Stay Prep**
We primarily host mid-term stays, though we welcome short-term guests when available.
Because of this, the property is stocked for longer stays and includes **starter essentials only** (one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and a trash bag). Please plan to bring additional toiletries and supplies as needed.
**Maintenance Access**
* **Annual Preventive Maintenance:** Some units require scheduled checks (smoke detectors, HVAC filters, etc.). We will always notify you beforehand if access is needed.
* **Emergency Maintenance:** For urgent issues (leaks, electrical hazards, etc.), if we cannot reach you within **[X] hours**, we reserve the right to enter the unit to prevent damage.
**Occupants & Guest Policy**
* The main occupant must match the name on the reservation
* The reservation must accurately reflect all guests and pets staying in the home
**Mailbox Access**
* Available upon request; not guaranteed
* May take up to 24 business hours to activate
* Requires a $35 refundable key deposit
