1. Noise & Respect
– Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
– No parties, events, or gatherings
– Please be respectful of neighbors at all times
2. Smoking
– No smoking inside the unit or building
– Smoking may result in additional cleaning and odor-removal fees (up to $500)
3. Guests & Visitors
– Only registered guests may stay overnight
– Visitors are welcome with prior approval
– Unapproved overnight guests are not permitted
4. Check-In & Guest Requirements
– Check-in: After 4:00 PM
– Checkout: By 11:00 AM
– Primary guest must be 18+ and complete ID verification and online check-in
– Local or third-party bookings may require additional approval
5. Safety & Security
– Please lock doors and windows when leaving
– Cameras operate in common areas only
– Guests are responsible for any damage during their stay
6. Garbage & Recycling
– Located on SS (Basement)
– Please use designated bins and follow posted instructions
– Do not leave garbage inside the unit or on balconies
7. Pets
– Small dogs and cats welcome with prior approval
