Finca Letizia is surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean gardens and enjoys stunning views of the countryside. The Pollença golf course is only 800 metres away and the old town of Pollença is in a short driving distance. The beautiful old town of Pollensa is particularly beautiful. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Finca Letizia has three floors and is furnished in a comfortable countryhouse style.

On the groundfloor the lounge/dining room with an open fireplace, beamed ceilings and access to the terrace. The kitchen is kept in the traditional style and is fully equipped. Off the kitchen is a shower room plus a utility room containing a pantry. The kitchen has views across the gardens and both access to the lounge/dining area and the covered terrace.

The master bedroom with private terrace and the first twin bedroom are on the first floor and are sharing one bathroom. Both have built in wardrobes and beamed ceilings plus magnificent views. Both bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning h/c.

On the second floor are two more twin bedrooms, sharing the second bathroom. They have views over the golf course and the Monastery on the top of the 'Puig de Maria'. Both have built in wardrobes and air-conditioning h/c.

Air-conditioning h/c in the bedrooms only, no central heating.

Finca Letizia has a large shady veranda with terrace furniture and is overlooking the garden, the pool and the beautiful countryside with hills and pine forests. Steps are leading down from the covered terrace to the poolside area. The large garden with lawns offers plenty of space for the kids to play. There is a small poolhouse, complete with BBQ, sink and work top. The immediate garden surrounding the sun terrace and swimming pool is enclosed with hedges. Beyond there are fields dotted with fruit trees.

Children are welcome, a cot and a highchair are available free on request.
