Finca Manresa is located in a quiet, rural setting very close to Puerto Pollensa. The lively harbour has a long promenade with wonderful views of the bay of Pollensa and Cap Formentor, shops, boutiques and countless restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The long sandy beach offers a good infrastructure with several beach bars, freshwater showers and sunbed hire. The shallow entrance makes this stretch of coast particularly family-friendly. Cala San Vicente and the old town of Pollensa are just a few minutes away by car. Pollensa is one of the most beautiful towns on the island with a charming old town and an extensive pedestrianised area with traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays, a popular market takes place in the narrow alleyways, while during the week you can enjoy watching everyday life in one of the cafés in the central Plaza Mayor. Cala San Vicente is known for its spectacular scenery and small bays, which are ideal for snorkelling.

With its challenging mountain routes, the area around Pollensa is popular with cyclists, motorcyclists and hikers alike. Everyone will find their favourite route here. Golfers can choose from several golf courses in the area. There is a wide range of water sports on offer in the Bay of Pollensa, which is one of the most beautiful spots for surfers and sailors.

Finca Manresa is a detached house and is ideal for large families or groups. The house has 6 bedrooms spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a bright dining room. To the right is the well-equipped kitchen with breakfast table and pantry. A hallway leads to the other rooms on this floor: a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom.

Upstairs is the living room with comfortable sofas, open fireplace and terrace with countryside views. On the same floor there are 3 further bedrooms: one double with en-suite bathroom and two bedrooms sharing a bathroom (one twin and one double).

All bedrooms have air conditioning with set operating times.

Finca Manresa has a beautiful outdoor area with a large pool and pool terrace, a large barbecue area with work surface and sink and a large covered terrace with lounge furniture and dining table.

Children are welcome. A baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge on request.
Pets are not allowed.

Minimum stay is one week, individual extra days are possible outside the main season.
