During Your Stay

- Check-in: The apartment features an electronic lock; the access code will be provided prior to arrival.

- Guest registration: You must submit the information of all guests before check-in to authorize entry.

- Self check-in: Available at any time, with no staff assistance required.

- Building Registration: At check-in, a mandatory payment of COP $10,000 per person must be made at the building’s reception for registration and the issuance of a wristband valid for the entire stay. This wristband is required to access the common areas. (SOHO does not intervene in this charge.) This fee may vary annually according to the building assembly’s decisions.
