With spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a back porch that looks out onto the golf course, a quiet street location, and amenities designed with families in mind, our home offers all the comforts and conveniences required to make your vacation a memorable one.

Community amenities including heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a jacuzzi, sauna rooms, tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball court, weight-lifting and cardio gyms, a kids’ park, community walkways, a pavilion room with movies, books, and ping pong, and a frequent and convenient shuttle to and from the Bethany Beach shore and boardwalk. Shuttle stops are located throughout the community, with the closest one being a 3 minute walk from the house.

The Space:
This beautiful light-filled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is tucked away on a quiet side-street in the charming resort community of Bear Trap Dunes. With over 1,500 sq ft of living space, this end-unit 1st floor condo (no stairs!) is calming and peaceful. A master bedroom, equipped with its own master bathroom with bathtub and shower, has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a double at the bottom, and a single at the top. The bunk bed also has a trundle bed below. A full bathroom with bathtub is shared between bedrooms 2 and 3. The property was newly furnished in 2021 with neutral coastal decor. The golf views from the screened and non-screened porches make them ideal spaces for relaxing. Bedding, bath towels, and a fully equipped and stocked kitchen are provided.

The coffee machine is a traditional machine, not a Keurig. Beach items provided include 2 beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach toys for the kids, tennis & pickle-ball rackets, & a basketball.

The Pavillion, where all the amenities are located is ~ a 7-minute walk from the house. You can also drive to the Pavillion and park there. Please check opening hours. Amenity passes can be purchased at the Pavillion. Passes are required from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Costs are $65/person/week (kids under 4 are free) and includes access to all of the amenities.
