Renovated in late 2025, The Beechline blends timeless mountain character with modern comfort. Inside, vaulted tongue & groove ceilings, exposed wood beams, hardwood floors throughout, and a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace create a warm, inviting atmosphere that feels both refined and relaxed. Large windows throughout the main living space frame year-round mountain views and seasonal views of the nearby slopes.

The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area forms the heart of the home, making gathering effortless. Whether preparing meals, playing games, or settling in after a day outdoors, the layout keeps everyone connected. The dining table seats up to 10 guests, with additional seating nearby, and doors open directly to the deck for outdoor dining and grilling.

With four bedrooms and flexible sleeping arrangements, The Beechline comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests, making it ideal for multi-family stays and group trips. Two king bedrooms provide spacious retreats, including the primary bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom. Additional bedrooms offer layouts well suited for children, teens, or extra guests.

The expansive deck offers space to dine, relax, and take in the mountain air. In winter, the ski slopes are visible through the trees; in warmer months, partial long-range views stretch across layers of blue ridge lines.

The location offers both convenience and flexibility. Beech Mountain Resort is approximately a 2-minute drive or a 7-minute walk, making ski days easy without the hassle of parking and loading/unloading. Ski/snowboard racks just outside your front door allow you to bring your own gear, or rent gear to keep overnight for ultimate convenience. The Town of Beech Mountain, restaurants, and shops are just minutes away, and nearby hiking trails provide quick access to outdoor adventure. The Beechline is well equipped for longer stays, featuring blazing-fast, reliable internet, washer and dryer, and family-friendly touches like board games and a small play area for kids. Driveway parking is available for up to three vehicles. AWD/4WD or snow chains are highly recommended in winter months due to snowy mountain conditions.
