A $300 refundable security deposit is required prior to check-in.

This will be fully refunded after checkout as long as there are no damages, missing items, or rule violations.

Please be advised that the swimming pool at the LTV Building remains closed for essential maintenance.



The pool is expected to reopen on Monday, March 30, 2026.



We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.



📍Clubhouse Reminder:



🚫No Parties in the Clubhouse:



The building management has strictly prohibited guests from hosting any parties or gatherings inside the clubhouse. This area is reserved for LTV residents only. Any unauthorized use of the clubhouse by guests will result in a $1,000 fine, which will be charged to the guest responsible .



✅ Self check-in with intercom and secure smart access (details provided before arrival).

✅ Use the key fob for building entry, elevators, and amenity access

✅ Rooftop lounge, pool, and gym are shared with residents — please observe quiet hours (10 PM–7 AM).

✅ Exterior security cameras monitor entry points only; no interior recording devices

✅ Non-recording noise monitor in hallway ensures peaceful stays

✅ Smoke and CO detectors installed throughout the unit for safety.

• Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in common areas.

• Pets must be properly crated or caged when left unattended inside the unit.
