Our unit is a park view large end Portico unit with an additional walk in master closet and living room corner fireplace (wood-motified to an electric with remote).
We contact with guests using mostly text and email to give access codes and important information! You may call us at any time with an issue or comment. Door codes are digital/no keys required. Resort codes are also digital.
We primarily use text and email to communicate with guests for check in and departure.

The Myrtle Beach Resort resides in south Myrtle Beach, SC., a gated beach front/ownership community. This is not a beach view condo, yet the ocean is visible from the many B building sun decks. This condo is a short walk to/from the beach. This is a non-smoking condo. No pets.
This is a non-smoking condo NON- SMOKING BUILDING. The Renaissance Tower is a non-smoking building and no smoking or vaping is allowed throughout the building, balconies and common areas. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas on the Renaissance Tower property. There is no smoking or vaping in the pool area or recreational areas and only personal music is allowed. Anyone caught smoking or vaping on Renaissance Tower property outside the designated areas, is subject to a fine of $50 for the first offense and $100 for subsequent offenses which will be charged to the Homeowners account. This is a No pet resort: Renaissance Tower HPR and the Myrtle Beach Resort have a NO PET POLICY. No animals or pets of any kind shall be kept in any Unit or on association property unless they are qualified service animals under the ADA guidelines. Therapy or comfort animals are not qualified service animals under the ADA guidelines. Therapy animals must be pre-registered before being allowed on Renaissance Tower Property as follows: (1) An application with supporting documents must be obtained from the Management Company for Renaissance Tower Horizontal Property Regime and completed 10 days prior to entry and submitted together with; (2) A Prescription obtained from a psychiatrist or behavior specialist ; (3) A certificate of Successful animal training by a Registered Training School; (4) A certificate from a Veterinarian that the animal had rabies Vaccine and Distemper Vaccine; and (5) Signed confirmation on a form obtained from Management Company, completed and signed by the owner of the therapy animal. A therapy animal MUST BE pre-approved by the aforesaid Management Company prior to entry to property. If the therapy animal HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED and found on property, the therapy animal owner shall be asked to remove the therapy animal from the premises by 5 pm the following day and the Homeowner is subject to a fine in the sum of $100 per day until the unauthorized animal is removed. If a therapy animal is approved, the animal must always be carried or crated while in the Renaissance Tower building property and on a leash outside the building. The animal waste must be picked up and carried away by owner. If the animal becomes a nuisance by barking, waste not picked up by therapy animal owner or other nuisance to other Homeowners/guests in the building or on Renaissance Tower property, or does not adhere to these rules and regulations, it will be removed as aforesaid and all fines applied to Owner.
Security Deposit Security Deposit is the first $250 of your booking amount but no Damage Deposit is charged during the on-line booking process, your credit card will be held on-file for this purpose. (See Credit Card Authorization).
Payment Terms A first payment is due upon booking and will be deposited upon receipt/confirmation of reservation. And a second or final payment for the remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival.
Credit Card Authorization Guest understands and consents to the use of the credit card provided without original signature on the charge slip, that a photocopy or fax of this agreement will serve as an original, and that this Credit Card Authorization cannot be revoked and will not terminate until 90 days after the Check-out date. Charges may include but not limited to: unauthorized long distance telephone charges, damages beyond normal wear and tear; missing or damaged items/walls/furniture, smoke smell remediation or resort fines.
Damages Any damage noticed upon arrival should be reported to us immediately. If damage is not reported, your credit card may be charged for the cost of the repair or replacement. In lieu of a security deposit, we will keep your credit card on file. You are responsible for any and all damages that occur to the property or its contents by you or any other member of your group, individually or collectively, while you are the registered occupant of the property. We will capture an amount from your credit card to cover the estimated cost of the repairs or to replace missing/damaged items. The amount captured will be an estimate and may be more than the actual cost of repairs or clean-up/purchase. We will provide a statement of the damages and the cost of the repairs after they have been completed. If there is a refund due it will be returned to the credit card after all repairs have been made. If the cleaning company detects any evidence of smoking in the home, you will be charged $500. Missing/stained/damaged linens and keys will start at a minimum charge of $25.00 plus cost of linens-sheet sets $25.00, bath towels $6.00, hand towels/kitchen towels $3.00 and wash clothes/pillow cases $2.00. PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THE CHECK- OUT PROCEDURES. The following provisions should be met: No damage is done to the condo or the contents including linens. No items are removed from the condo or are missing upon the inventory check. All towels, pillows and linens are to remain in the condo. All condo and resort rules are followed. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. All garbage, debris, and discards are placed in their proper containers and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher, cleaned and put away. Condo is left in a neat condition. Fireplace remote is on bookshelf. Reservations are not cancelled (see Cancellation Policy below) NO PETS. NO SMOKING. OCCUPANCY IS NOT EXCEEDED. Age Requirements We will NOT rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. No chaperoned groups. VIOLATION OF THIS PROVISION SUBJECTS TENANT TO SIGNIFICANT PENALTIES WHICH ARE NECESSARY TO PROTECT Martz Properties LLC BECAUSE OF THE FACT THAT THIS LEASE IS A SHORT TERM SUMMER VACATION RENTAL.
Cancellation Policy Cancellations that are made more than (90) days prior to the Check-in date will forfeit a cancellation charge of 25% of the full payment charged to your credit card to cover our transaction fees. Cancellations that are made between (60-90) days of the Check-in date will forfeit the full first payment of $250.00. No refunds will be given less than (60) days prior to arrival. Cancellations, late arrivals, early departure, or no shows, do not warrant refunds. (see Trip Insurance)
Check-In Time Check-In time is 3:00 pm EST. Occasionally the cleaning staff may need additional time in order to ready the condo for your stay. We ask for your patience and suggest you have alternate plans available in the event additional time is needed. Please do not interrupt or delay the cleaning staff if they are at the condo. Restrooms are accessible at the indoor pool area and many other locations throughout the resort. Let us know immediately if the unit has not been properly cleaned. A $100.00 fine will be charged to anyone found checking into the unit early. Some times, especially in the busy seasons, cleaning may not be done until close to the check in time. If luggage is found, or items are found in there when the cleaning crew arrives you will be billed the extra inconvenience rate of cleaning in and around your things. The resort is now charging a $20.00 fee via credit card at the gate upon arrival and a car tag will be given tenant and must remain in vehicle and hung so that it can be visible for inspection for the duration of your stay.
Check-Out Time Check-out time is at 10:00 am EST. A $100 per hour fine will be assessed for guests remaining after 10:00 am EST on the day of Check-out.
Check-Out Procedures We know you are on Vacation and we do appreciate your business. We do have to ask that you abide by our Check-Out Procedures so we can prepare the unit for the next arriving guest as they arrive only hours after you leave. If you leave the unit in great shape, the next family can have access to the unit on time. We appreciate your cooperation in following these procedures.
Most of our guests follow all of these rules, but for the few that do not comply, this is notice that a $100.00 fee per incident or per hour, which ever applies, will be charged to your credit card.
1. Check-out time is by 10:00 a.m. EST. Our property manager & cleaning staff arrive promptly at 10:00 a.m. to start cleaning the unit.
2. Dispose of all food/drink brought into the unit/empty freezer & refrigerator.
2. Bag and Dispose of all trash in trash receptacles near elevators!
3. Leave comforters, bedspreads and or blankets on respective beds & strip all used linens and leave on floor at foot of bed.
