Belle récent complexe de condo situé à proximité de tout! Ce condo est pas front de mer, mais vous avez accÚs aux quais. Au rez-de-chaussée du bùtiment est le célÚbre Le Peep Café. Marche pour Zi Spa des portes avant! Le vélo ou à pied le sentier du centenaire juste en face de l'immeuble.

Le condo est meublée d'un lit king size dans le maßtre et un jumeau sur un lit superposé double dans la 2Úme chambre. Il dispose d'une cuisine personnalisée entiÚrement meublée avec tous les ustensiles et la vaisselle que vous pourriez avoir besoin pour votre séjour.

Jusqu'à la route de la copropriété est complexe Riverstone avec shopping, cinéma, et plusieurs excellents restaurants. Prenez une courte distance en voiture, et vous avez accÚs à quatre stations de ski différentes.

Coeur d 'Alene est un endroit absolument magnifique à visiter à tout moment de l'année, et nous aimerions vous accueillir dans notre condo joliment décorées.

My son and I stayed while in town. We both thoroughly enjoyed the condo. We were given detailed instructions, which we greatly appreciated. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was great for us. Would gladly stay again.

Great place for a getaway!

Immaculate property, veru comfortable. Love the Riverstone location with restaurants on first floor. Amazing host communications. Small snafu at checkin was handled perfectly. My new CDA go to.

Almost Perfect

My only complaint is that the bathroom rugs didn't look like they'd been laundered since the last guests, some of the bath towels had stains and the shower caddy was caked in old soap bar soap(yuck!) Also, the piece of wood that was used for the desk chair to roll on was tacky.tacky

Overall, the unit needs maintenance. Towel bar is falling off the wall, tub faucet drips. Floored had been vacuumed and possibly dusted, but definitely not mopped. Cabinets were sticky and dirty, expired food in fridge. King spread is stained and musty

Nice condo at Riverstone

My family loves the Riverstone location. Nice condo with all the amenities you would need. Unlike some other condo's nearby this one actually let's you park in the parking garage which is a nice benefit. Would stay here again.

Perfect location and great accommodations

The property was close to everything you would want. The beach, restaurants, downtown etc. It was perfect for us and we would definitely recommend and would stay there if we returned. The hostess was very responsive as well. Overall great place!

No river view but perfect location

Large condo on the 4th floor, with nice deck and brand new BBQ. Nice kitchen with high end appliances. Missed the river view but enjoyed watching all the action on the trail. Rode our bikes from Spokane Valley, and then out to Higgins Point. Nice time of year to visit Coeur d'Alene before the summer really kicks in. Enjoyed both restaurants in the building.

This condo needs help.Towel rack falling down--tv not working-- furniture and walls scratched and nicked.. This is a very tired condo that needs some work.

Great Location

Stayed at this condo with our 3 kids. We enjoyed the view in the evening with the colorful sunsets. We spent a day at Silverwood which was only a 30 min drive. There are many shops nearby that I wish we had time to check out. The communication with the owner was great. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to be close to the lake, shopping, restaurants, silverwood theme park and restaurants yet want to enjoy some quiet too.

Condo is not cozy

Only one picture on the walls. No curtains in living room. Pillows sucked. Condo well stocked and owner responsive. Your view is a parking lot. Great location and convenient to everything. Great for families. Building is quiet.

Terrific location!

Our family enjoyed a couple of great days in Coeur d’Alene, at this lovely, quiet, well-appointed, spacious condo. The location along the riverfront was fantastic
 provided easy access to downtown via the bike/walking trail. Father/son fishing trip and Mother/daughter bike trip were highlights.

Short getaway

We had a break in our schedules for a couple days and decided to visit the area to do some golfing and hiking. We didn't spend a lot of time at the property, but when we were there we were lacking for nothing. It was a nice property and just far enough from "downtown" to be convenient and easy to get to. The only thing that was "inconvenient" was the parking. The spaces are quite small. Since we came with our clubs and luggage, we had to rent a bigger vehicle and it barely fit in the parking spot assigned. This was mentioned ahead of time so it wasn't a surprise. Just would have been nice to have bigger spaces. Next time we come back it will be for a longer stay. When we do, I hope this property is available again.
