Hoyochi Nikko 202 est une unité de deux chambres avec une chambre principale à l'étage principal avec un lit king-size et un escalier en colimaçon menant à une grande chambre mezzanine avec un lit queen-size. Il peut accueillir 4 personnes confortablement. Cette unité est décorée avec goût partout avec de nombreuses fonctionnalités personnalisées. Les hauts plafonds voûtés offrent plus d'espace et de plaisir pour le salon et le grenier. Il y a l'air conditionné dans la chambre principale. Toutes les unités sont entièrement équipées avec télévision par câble, lecteur DVD, lecteur CD, laveuse / sécheuse, sèche-cheveux, cuisines meublées et accès Internet WI-FI.

Our first visit to Maui. Love that this condo was quaint and quiet. We often had the grounds and pool all to ourselves. Great location, walkable to nearby beaches and businesses, short drive to Kaanapali resort row and Napili. Unit well stocked with everything we needed and then some! Entry into the ocean was a bit dicey with high surf and waves crashing into rocks and bulkhead. But we were there on the tail end of a storm. I hear it's much calmer, otherwise, and especially in the summertime. Just watch small children. We would return.

Hoyochi Nikko is our very favorite resort on Maui. This unit was very clean (required in our opinion) and the kitchen was nicely stocked with items for families who cook. If you get hot easily, remember the only AC is in the bedroom, not in the living room or loft sleeping area. There are fans in all rooms as well as ceiling fans. The view here can't be beat, and Allyn (resident manager) keeps the grounds beautiful. What a peaceful getaway location!

A Gem in Kaanapali!

Amazing place to stay a Maui! Ocean front, Pool, small private beach, sea life for snorkeling! Breathtaking views! Emaculately kept backyard. A great location only a mile from the resort boardwalk! Truly a hidden Gem!

The property has a lovely private beach and pool that were perfect for our kids (8 and 10). The unit needs some tlc but was clean and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay for family of four

We really enjoyed our stay at this oceanfront location. Great views and quiet property. The unit was clean and kitchen was well-equipped. Our kids loved the spiral staircase and the pool. Rental company was responsive to our questions. We would stay again!

Everything was perfect with the exception of spotty internet but who needs to connect when you have the best view on Maui. Check in was seamless and the condo had everything we needed.

Relaxing girl-cation

Two long time friends celebrating their 70th birthdays. Wonderful vacation. The beach front location was perfect for sunning, whale and turtle watching, napping and doing just what we wanted. Herb, the property manager was so helpful when we were having challenges with the TV remote and gave us excellent recommendations for area eating. We will not hesitate to book our next trip.
