POOL description:



Our new Hottub/Swimspa will be installed by the end of July. We call the a Hottub and Pool together because there are 2 separate sections with separate temperature controls to this Swimspa.



Section 1: A hot tub that fits 6-8 guests. The temperature will be kept at 102 F all year round and will be used as a hot tub



Section 2: This is a swimspa section with separate temperature. It will be kept at 102 F in the winter. It will be around 80 F and be used as a heated pool area. Guest will definitely enjoy lounging and chilling in this section during the summer



Our chalet is considered Ski-in-out because it is located only 2 min drive to P3 parking lot and lift. We can schedule a private shuttle bus to pick up and drop off for skiing for additional fee. Please inquire about this shuttle bus service with us. Shuttle bus service is separate from our booking and requires lots of notice. This service is not guarantee as well.



We have 9 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms.



2nd Floor:

⭐ Master bedroom (King bed) with ensuite bathroom

⭐ 2nd bedroom has a King bed

⭐ 3rd bedroom has 2 Queen beds

⭐ Walks out onto a 2nd level deck with outside seating and a large BBQ



Main Floor:

⭐ There are 2 shared bathrooms on this floor

⭐ 4th bedroom has 1 Queen bed

⭐ 5th bedroom has 1 Queen bed

⭐ 6th bedroom has 1 King bed

⭐ 7th bedroom has 1 Queen bed

⭐ 8th bedroom has 1 Queen and 1 Twin bed

⭐ Walks out onto a deck with seating and a gas fire table

⭐ Walks out onto a large Hot Tubs/Swimspa

⭐ Large 130 inch projector and screen for movie/sports night

⭐ Air hockey table



Basement:

⭐ 9th bedroom with 2 Queen beds

⭐ 1 shared bathroom

⭐ Game room with Pool table, Foosball table, TV and seating area

⭐ Luxurious sauna including a rinse station

⭐ Large and luxury Sauna with cool off shower

- Towels(1 per person) and linens

- the use of our Netflix accounts on our TV

- our coffee, espresso and teas and your basic cooking needs

- tons of board games to entertain your family

- the use of BBQ Grill (weather and seasonal permitted)

- We have an outlet, inside the garage, to use for EV charging but guests must bring their own charger



**** The backyard is private however there isn't any fence between houses

These services include and not limited to hydro, water, gas, internet, AC, heat, snow condition, the opening and closing of other services such as the pool, ski hills, ect. We will not be held liable for these services mentioned above and more.
