The shared rooftop terrace with panoramic views, gives you a relaxing place to unwind and enjoy the sunrise or sunset. You can add a floor mattress that is great for children to share the room with you for a small fee. Located just a 6 minute WALK to Sinbi Muay Thai and Action Point Gym. Over 11 restaurants, 2 mini marts, fresh market, massage shops, beauty salons and tattoo shops within a 10 minute WALK. Phuket's most beautiful beach, Nai Harn Beach, is just a 7 minute DRIVE away. Rawai beach with it fresh seafood market, beachside restaurants, and loads of shops and services is just a 5 minute DRIVE away. Don't forget to watch the sunset from Promthep Cape (8 minute Drive) or take a boat excursion or dive trip to neighboring islands from Chalong Pier, just a 10 minute DRIVE away. The iconic Big Buddha, southern Thailand's biggest Buddha statue, which can be seen from the terrace, is just a 22 minute DRIVE away. With so many things to do around the area, you will enjoy your stay with us. We recommend that our guests have their own transportation or use GRAB taxis to get around to fully enjoy the whole area.

In Phuket, eating out is cheaper than cooking and eating in, but you can bring your leftovers back to the room and heat them up in the microwave for breakfast. We are located just a short WALK from 7-Eleven, Sinbi Muay Thai, Action Point Gym, massage shops and many restaurants and markets plus we are on a quiet residential street. Ask Jasmine about the shortcut if you want to drive to the south towards Rawai beach or Nai Harn Beach. You will love the residential area and the tropical surroundings.

No smoking is allowed in the room. Please smoke outside on the balcony. IF YOU SMOKE IN THE ROOM there will be a 2000 BAHT FINE for additional cleaning. Quiet time after 10 pm. No loud music or loud talking. No parties in the room. No additional guests allowed without prior approval. Please be considerate of other guests as many of our guests are training during the day and require a good night's sleep. Please be environmentally friendly and turn off the air conditioning if you open the doors or windows or if you are leaving the room. We appreciate your cooperation and enjoy your stay! ?
