Rental Agreement
All guests are required to sign a rental agreement outlining the terms and conditions of their stay. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following:
You accept the rental terms and house rules.
A valid ID and matching credit card may be required before check-in.
A background check may be requested if required by building management or property policies.
Check-in instructions may be withheld until the verification process has been completed.
If there are repeated violations of property policies, management may involve local authorities to ensure compliance. Any costs related to the removal of a guest from the property will be the responsibility of the guest.
Damage Waiver / Security Deposit
Guests will be asked to choose one of the following options:
$35 non-refundable damage waiver, or
$350 refundable security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if no issues are found)
Accidents can happen, and this helps keep the process simple and fair for everyone.
Pet Policy
For units that allow pets, they are welcome with prior approval based on size and breed. (Service animals are always welcome.)
To avoid cancellation, please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
Pet fee:
$20 per night per pet
Pet guidelines:
Maximum of two pets
Cats and dogs only
No weight limit, but certain breeds are not permitted.
Restricted breeds include:
Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky breeds, Pit Bull breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and Wolf Hybrid.
Bringing a pet without prior approval will result in a $500 fee.
Noise & Security
For safety and compliance, the property is equipped with noise monitoring devices that measure decibel levels only (not conversations). Tampering with these devices may result in additional fees.
Security cameras are installed in hallways for building safety.
