The space
Escape to our luxurious 4BHK retreat, featuring four air-conditioned bedrooms, a cozy living room with AC and TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Enjoy the convenience of a fridge and microwave, relax with indoor games in the dedicated sports room, or take a dip in the refreshing 5-foot swimming pool. Stroll through the garden, and make evenings special with barbecue nights or bonfire gatherings under the stars. With complimentary drinking water and all the comforts you need, this serene villa is the perfect place to unwind, connect, and create cherished memories.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa property with no shared areas. Explore all four bedrooms, common areas, outdoor pool, lawn spaces, and entertainment facilities freely.

Restrictions: Terrace access not permitted for safety reasons.

Extra Bedding:
Up to 8 extra floor mattresses can be provided upon request. Please inform us in advance so we can ensure your comfort.

Guidelines & Prohibitions:
For the safety and well-being of all guests, the following are strictly prohibited on the premises:

State Policies:
We request all guests to follow the Telangana State Government regulations.

Liquor Policy: Alcohol consumption must align with Telangana State Excise Rules and is permitted only during regulated hours.
A liquor licence is required in case more than the permissible amount of alcohol is served.

Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Additional Notes:

In the event a gas cylinder refill is required during your stay, refill charges will apply.

A refundable security deposit is collected at check-in and will be returned after a quick inspection at checkout.

We can assist with arranging a cook or driver at an additional cost. Advance notice is appreciated to coordinate this smoothly.

A government-approved photo ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.
