Points forts : Propreté, arrivée, communication, emplacement, exactitude de l’annonce
It was nice and clean a little confusing with which door to get in and a few flights of stairs, but lovely place and access to some nice little cozy dive bars and restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend it again since I’m familiar with it now…..

Pros: Location, size, layout, and bed comfort are great! Cons: The kitchen is limited on cooking utensils, no baking sheets, spatulas, etc. You can make it work. The couch is pretty broken down; it was hard to relax if you weren't in bed.

Listing did not state that the unit was on the third floor nor did it state that the building did NOT have elevators. We were unable to use the unit due to bringing my 84 year old mother and the host refused to refund 100% even after acknowledging the listing not being clear. (The listing has since been updated) Definitely a disappointment and will never rent this unit due to the host.

Great place to stay! Would stay again! My coworker and I were there for a conference at the Hilton. It was an easy, ten minute walk. The trolley stops are nearby. We walked to the French Quarter each day. We definitely got our steps in, but it worked well for us. The only thing to be well aware of is the fact that this is on the third floor (as explained in the description). My silly assumption was that it would take two flights of stairs to get up to the third floor. It's four flights of stairs. My coworker and I both had 50-pound suitcases and we are both short females. We ended up opening the bags at the bottom of the stairs, taking stuff out, carrying that stuff upstairs, and then coming back to grab our bags (it made it lighter to carry). It worked, but I may have underestimated how out of shape I am! haha. Next time, I would bring two carry-on bags instead. It would've worked perfectly fine. The only other thing I didn't catch in the description, and it is possible I just missed it, is that the biggest bedroom with the queen beds is the one that has the private bath. The king bed uses the hall bath which is right next door. It wasn't an issue, but not what I was envisioning, although I understand why it was set up that way.
