Welcome to our charming home, where you'll enjoy your own spacious and comfortable private room on the second floor, featuring a dedicated en-suite bathroom for your complete convenience and privacy.
Escape to your private sanctuary with breathtaking views of Sleeping Lady Mountain and the sparkling bay! It’s an ideal place to relax and see the aurora.
Step outside onto our expansive, lush terrace your perfect spot for morning coffee, sunset drinks, and taking in the stunning scenery.
The hill villa has three floors. We (the hosts) live quietly on the third and first floor ensuring you have plenty of privacy and space to enjoy the second-floor amenities and the incredible terrace to yourselves.
Step outside and take in the magnificent views! You'll be greeted by the world-class scenery of the Cook Inlet and the dramatic mountain ranges. And when darkness falls on a cloudless night, keep an eye out for the unforgettable spectacle of the Aurora Borealis. We hope you get to see it!
Great for: couples, girls' trips, solo adventurers, and families seeking a peaceful, scenic escape with stunning views and a comfortable stay — and who are perfectly fine with a shared-home layout. Layout note: guests enjoy the entire second floor; the owners live on the first and third floors, so you may occasionally cross paths.Please note: if you require absolute privacy, this may not be the ideal fit.

It's only a 10-minute drive from the Seward Highway, known as one of the most beautiful roads in the world. Only 20 minutes drive from airport and downtown. Book your stay and experience the magic of the mountain and bay (Cook Inlet) from your own private terrace!

Your journey is warmly cared for by us from start to finish! Whether you need airport pick-up and drop-off or cruise transfer services to the port of Whittier, we provide comfortable and professional private transportation. Our spacious XL SUV ensures plenty of room for all your luggage and companions, offering a relaxed and pleasant experience throughout your ride. With us, your journey will begin and end with ease and peace of mind.
Your hosts are a couple from China who have been living in Anchorage for 30 years. We have a cat, are very hospitable, and love to chat. But if you prefer to be alone and enjoy the peace of the forest, that’s great too.

If you don’t mind sharing this beautiful house with us, you’re welcome to our forest villa. It offers breathtaking views of the sunset, the bay, and the Sleeping Lady Mountain.

We provide pickup and drop-off services to and from the airport and cruise terminal. Please let us know if you need a ride at your convenience.

We had a lovely stay, the owners were generous, kind and hosted us to perfection. Would highly recommend a stay, we plan on visiting again someday. Ohh and the view is as perfect as it comes.

This home is in a beautiful location and is spacious. The host was super friendly, communicative, and helpful. The view is a bit obscured (trees do grow, after all) but still lovely. However, the place was pretty dirty. You are living in their space. There was food remnants in the sinks, on the counters, dirt and hair on the floors both upstairs and down. Perhaps this was a one-off. Also, it was also a bit hard to find things because very little was organized in all the drawers. I highly encourage the host to be sure it's clean for her next guests. Also, was in a bit of a rush when booking due to a VRBO cancellation and didn't realize this was a shared space (which I never would have booked), but both the host and her hubby generally made themselves quite scarce, which was appreciated (I find it just not easy to relax completely when you don't have the entire place to yourself.)We enjoyed the kitty :)Thank you for sharing your home!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home in the Prominence Point area of Anchorage. The neighborhood is quiet, upscale, and close to the water—exactly what we were hoping for. Our hostess was incredibly gracious, and the home itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.This is a hosted stay, with the owners living upstairs, but they were so respectful of our space that it truly felt like we had the main floor to ourselves. It has more of a charming bed and breakfast feel than a private villa, which worked out perfectly for us once we settled in.We loved the thoughtful touches—fresh fruit, breakfast items, and even visits from their sweet cat, who was a delight. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming home base in Anchorage.
