Our beautiful, bright apartment in the west of Cologne is ideal for business travellers, travellers and families with children due to its good transport connections, room layout and local facilities. Our charming apartment was completely renovated in 2020 and is divided into 3 rooms on approx. 120 sqm: Besides a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, you will find a large and comfortable living room, 1 family room and 1 maisonette room. For relaxed and restful nights our family room as well as the maisonette room are equipped with comfortable Henson Design box spring beds. In the family room you will also find a comfortable, pull-out day bed (80-160x200). In the maisonette room there is a further retreat on a lovingly designed plateau with sleeping accommodation for 2 people (160x200). The living room is equipped with a comfortable leather couch, large dining table and a 55" flat screen TV. A large balcony offers you the opportunity to relax. Besides a bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub, the apartment has an additional guest toilet.

Again the best stay for our family

We love this appartment. It’s so spacious and luxurious and the best we have ever stayed in. It’s close to the forest, grocery and bakery, and not far from the city. Thank you again!!

Stunning, huge appartment. More beautiful than pictures show. High ceilings and huge rooms! The train station and grocery shopping is in walking distance:)

Excellent property for first time stay overseas

The property was very clean and was perfect for our group (middle-aged couple with our two adult children). The rooms were spacious and we enjoyed the view from the living room. The train station and markets were a short walk through the quiet neighborhood. We interacted with several of the building neighbors whom were all very nice; one of which stopped to offer help regarding getting train tickets. The proprietor was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process; from questions prior to our stay, checking in, as well as after we departed. We highly recommend this property and will certainly stay again if our travels bring us back to Köln.

This property is on the 4th floor with no elevators; not good at all for senior citizens. It is not in Cologne at all, it is in Frechen. The washer and dryer are not in the unit, but in the basement. There was no one to let us when we arrived; although that could have been our fault because we did not download the app and supposedly instructions for finding the keys were sent via the app. A lovely space for younger people who also have a car.

La casa è confortevole, nonostante sia ubicata al 4 piano senza ascensore ed il locale lavanderia sia nel seminterrato ma con lavatrice e asciugatrice ad uso esclusivo dell'appartamento; buon punto di partenza per varie destinazioni. Necessario l'utilizzo dell' automobile. Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile al contatto.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist angenehm. Edeka und Aldi in Gehdistanz. Schnell auf der Autobahn und in Köln. Werden die Wohnung sicher wieder in Betracht ziehen für einen Aufenthalt in/um Köln.

Großstadttrubel und ländliche Idylle in Kombi

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet und man ist zu Fuß schnell im Grünen und kann wunderbar wandern. Gleichermaßen schnell ist man aber auch in Köln City (ca. 20 Minuten ab der nahegelegenen S-Bahn Haltestelle). Auch zum Phantasialand in Brühl sind wir schnell gekommen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr geräumig mit sehr gemütlichen und besonderen Schlafgelegenheiten :-) Rundum top! Danke!!

Best stay in this charming flat!

This apartment was A-MA-ZIIING! It is HUGE, clean, and very well supplied with everything one could need. Great location in Frechen, one can walk to town, grocery store, and train station. Lovely walks throughout Frechen and the surrounding woods is right outside the front door. Hosts were super to deal with. If I come back to visit my friends, this will be the first place I look to. 😊

Exceptional apartment, location, and service. The apartment is absolutely beautiful - wonderful balcony, fantastic appliances and great flooring, furniture and decoration. Even the bed mattresses were great, I have a bad back and sleeping hotel beds always aggravate it, but I had no issues here! Groceries and shops/restaurants are a pleasant short walk away. Downtown Cologne is also an easy drive away in the event you don't take the train as well. The owners and landlord are extremely accommodating, friendly, and prompt with communicating. We truly loved our stay at Tova Cologne, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice escape, or a great place to stay if visiting Cologne.

Für uns war's perfekt

Wir haben 2 Wochen in der Wohnung verbracht, um Köln und Umgebung kennen zu lernen. Die Wohnung ist sauber, geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Wer wollte, hatte auch mal die Möglichkeit, sich zurück zu ziehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind per Auto oder auch zu Fuß zu erreichen (3 min Auto). Ebenso spricht die direkte S-Bahnverbindung zum Hauptbahnhof (2 Linien - 17 min Fahrzeit) für sich. Wir konnten den Stadttrubel von uns weg halten und waren doch schnell in der City. Der Vermieter war freundlich. Grund zu Beanstandungen gab es einfach nicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr gemütliche, helle und geräumige Wohnung. Wir haben einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung gehabt. Die Umgebung ist besonders schön. Das Reservierungsverfahren, und die Aufnahme und Abgabe der Wohnung waren auch gute Erfahrungen, alles hat sehr gut geklappt.
