Worst VRBO EVER. Bring extra toilet paper. Wrong address and door code. We just left the door unlocked. Parking is a nightmare. We accentdent my walked in another tenant and she was scared.hotels from now on. Owner refused a refund of any sort. Mortifying experience.

As an owner, you hate to rent to people like this. I let them in the house 4 hours early with no charge, I gave them teh correct address 3 days prior to their arrival, answered his messages at 4am in the morning and there is a case of toilet tissue under the sink. I never heard anything about that lock until after they left in which I checked it out shortly after they left in which everything worked fine. Not sure if I need to leave instructions on how to turn the lock to make sure it locks but its evident that these guests just want something for free. They threw up in my bed and took a pillow along leaving my place an absolute mess. I hope all owners do their research before renting to him again and I think he shouldn't even be allowed to use VRBO or any other rental sight. WORSE renter that I have ever had the displeasure of leasing to!!
