Beach House - Heated Pool (complete Villa)

In beautiful Sumartin and only 3 minutes (50 meters) walk from the beach you will find this detached villa with heated pool. You can rent the villa as a whole (max. 16 people) villa. The villa is in the second row to the sea.

The lower part of the quietly situated villa has 3 bedrooms (one bedroom with 1 bathroom has a single entrance), 3 bathrooms, combined living room and kitchen (6 + 2 extra beds).

Enjoy the warm summer evenings on the approx. 70sqm large terrace area under a Bioclimatic Pergola or under the open sky and grill them in the generous outside kitchen.

Orange, lemon and olive trees enchant the garden into a real Mediterranean experience.

Distances to Split, Dubrovnik and Hvar are suitable for day trips.
The house is located approx 50 meters from the sea and closed to the beaches.

We started to renovate the house in February 2019 (in this part of the house one room and bathroom was newly created. The pool was finished in June 2019. In March 2020 the following will be completed:

- Entire garden
- Pool Area
- Summer Kitchen
- Bioclimatic Pergola
- Fence around the pool

The house is fully equipped and the entire outside furniture is new.

Entire property can be accessed by guests except the technical storage are under the pool.

2 e-bikes (one for women and one for men) as well as an e-scooter are available for you in the garage. You can taste our self-produced white and red wine for a contribution towards expenses.

According to Croatian law, landlord is required to register tourists staying in the country of the Tourist Office (Ministarstvo Turizma / članka 21. stavka 6. Zakona o boravišnoj pristojbi), hence a copy of passport / ID documents required for all guests (take a picture with your mobile and send to me). Tourist fee is included in the rent (1 EUR / person / day).
