This vacation rental studio is located on the 15th floor in a condominium in the Graça neighborhood, one of Salvador’s most traditional areas, with easy access to Porto Beach, about 800 meters away, and Shopping Barra, approximately 1 km away.

The location allows guests to enjoy the nearby waterfront, walk to the beach, and access restaurants, services, and leisure options in Barra and the surrounding areas, while still enjoying the quieter atmosphere of Graça.

This short-term rental apartment offers comfort and functionality in every space. The kitchen features a window with roller blind and insect screen, refrigerator, four-burner gas cooktop, oven, air fryer, blender, electric coffee maker, coffee machine, Italian coffee maker, electric kettle, sandwich maker, microwave, dessert, dinner and soup plates, pots with lids, a water purifier attached to the faucet, and a sink faucet with water heater.

The laundry area, integrated into the kitchen, is equipped with a washer-dryer, portable clothes rack, electric iron, and ironing board. The living room includes glass enclosure (Reiki), blackout curtains, sofa bed, 50-inch Smart TV, and air conditioning.

The bedroom offers a window with mosquito screen, glass enclosure (Reiki), blackout curtains, a workspace with chair, wall-mounted bedside lights, and a full-length mirror. The bathroom has a window with mosquito screen, electric shower, and hair dryer, ensuring a practical and comfortable stay.

The condominium offers a variety of shared areas designed for practicality, leisure, and convenience for residents and guests. Available spaces include a rooftop swimming pool, coworking area with a meeting room, gym, party room, and bicycle storage.

The pool is usually closed on Mondays for treatment, but it may also be closed on other days of the week for maintenance at the condominium management’s discretion.

Communication with guests is conducted as promptly as possible to make them feel welcomed, both through the platform and by phone.
