About this space Enjoy a relaxing shore stay in this 3-bedroom, 1-bath second-floor apartment located in a duplex in Seaside Park, NJ. Just 7 houses from the beach, this unit is a 4 minute walk to the Seaside Heights boardwalk entrance, and 2 minute walk to the ocean. This is ideal for families, as it is located on a quiet residential street.
The apartment features smart locks for easy, contactless self check-in. Five beach tags are included. One parking space on site is included.
The space Amenities include: A/C (window units), Wifi, Smart TV, Keurig coffee maker, washer/dryer, grill, outdoor shower, and 5 beach badges. Note: children 11 and under do not need a beach badge in Seaside Park.
Our home is a duplex - rent one or both units! Each unit has its own private entrance. The upstairs unit (this listing) has access through the side staircase. The downstairs unit enters through the front door at ground level (a separate VRBO listing).
Living room: features a couch and 2 club chairs, plus a smart TV. Access to the private deck is through the sliding doors.
Private deck: includes a dining space and additional seating.
Kitchen includes: dishwasher, full sized gas range, microwave, full sized fridge, sink, Keurig, electric tea kettle, blender, toaster, pots and pans, bakeware, knife set, cutting boards, dishes, utensils, cooking implements, and kitchen hand towels.
Dining area: has seating for 6. Board games and books are available for your use.
Three bedrooms: two of the bedrooms each have a queen sized bed, and one bedroom has a bunk bed (with twin sized mattresses). Pillows and blankets are included in each bedroom.
**Guests must provide their own linens (sheets/pillow cases, and towels).**
Backyard space: shared with the downstairs unit. Enjoy the outdoor furniture and grill! Outdoor shower (not enclosed) is located on the side of the house for rinsing off after the beach.
Laundry room: shared with the downstairs unit. Washer/dryer are located on the 1st floor and accessed through a separate side entrance.
Parking: Parking for one car is available in the driveway. Free street parking is available on this one-way street, and on nearby streets for any additional cars .

Saturday - Saturday stays are required during the high summer season (see calendar).
House Rules: To help us keep the home comfortable for everyone, please adhere to these house rules: -No smoking, vaping, candles, or space heaters inside or on the deck. -No pets. A $400 pet fee will be added for bringing a pet inside the home. -The maximum number of people permitted on the property at any one time is 7 guests for the upstairs unit "B". No outside guests are permitted on the property at any time, per Seaside Park rental regulations. -No parties, large gatherings, or otherwise disruptive/loud behavior as our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Please keep music low. -Please be mindful of the trash, and place trash bags neatly in outside bins before check-out. Failure to neatly place trash and recycling in outside cans, and/or excessive amounts of trash/recycling will result in an additional $150 charge. Please follow the trash and recycling schedule posted in the house to help bring cans out to curb & back on trash/recycling days. -We kindly request that you keep the house tidy, and remind all guests to do the same. Usual cleaning is expected, but any excessive cleaning inside and/or outside the house will result in an additional charge of $200. -We hope that you and your group will enjoy a nice and relaxing time. In the event that the police have to be called to the property for a noise complaint, exceeding the occupancy limit, any illegal behavior, or otherwise disrupting the neighborhood, that will result in a $250 fine. -Minimum rental age is 25. No exceptions. The primary renter must stay on site for the duration of the booking. No unaccompanied children allowed in the house without adult supervision. -No prom or senior week groups. -Photo ID is required with booking (please send a picture of a government issued ID to host at time of booking).

Guest access Guests will have access to the entire 2nd floor of the home, including the private deck off the back of the house. Access to the shared laundry room on the 1st floor is also included. Additionally, a shared backyard space is also available for grilling and relaxing on the patio furniture.
Other things to note Seaside Park is a very walkable and safe residential neighborhood. You'll be close to the ocean and the bay, along with restaurants, coffee shops, playgrounds, and a convenience store.
Enjoy making memories at the beach on these highly maintained, safe, white sand beaches. In the summer, lifeguards are on duty starting weekends from Memorial Day, and daily beginning the second or third week in June until Labor Day. Beach badges are required to access the beach for everyone 12 and older when lifeguards are on duty.
Take a stroll on the boardwalk - The Seaside Park boardwalk extends 1.5 miles south from our street end, and the Seaside Heights boardwalk extends 1 mile north from the end of our street. You can choose either a lively walk to enjoy the sights, sounds, and tastes the Seaside Heights boardwalk has to offer, or you could head south towards Island Beach State Park for totally different and unique experience.
No smoking, vaping, candles, or space heaters inside or on the deck. No large groups, parties, or outside guests.
Please observe quiet hours after 10 pm and keep music low. No pets. Please follow the trash and recycling schedule posted in the house.
Minimum rental age is 25.

Our neighborhood is very residential, yet a stone's throw from the boardwalk. Our home is 1/2 a block to the ocean making it easy to head to the beach for the day. It's also close to the bay and a playground. We love going for long walks and soaking in the sunshine and salt air!
